I had been coming here for over a year for oil and other various parts for my Lexus. My experience with the parts guys had been great overall. So, when I had a clunk in the front end of my car that I couldn’t find, I took it to their service center to get checked out. Unfortunately, they lied to me about several issues, including:
• Rear sway bar links were loose and worn - They are in fact 1 month old and not loose or worn.
• Rear brakes needed to be completely replaced - I did this a week before my visit, using Toyota parts purchased from here.
• Front brake pads and rotors - I replaced these and purchased from here 7 months ago. The rotors failed and warped. Even though they were within the warranty period, I was told by Jamie the parts manager that they did not qualify because I didn’t install the anti-squeal shims and “that is why they failed.” The pads were perfectly find and are almost new.
• I was told it was “urgent” I get new tires, even though my Michelin’s are not yet to the wear indicator.
• They also wanted to replace my bad CV axle with a non-Toyota, Chinese brand, which are notorious for failing within the first year.
They never did find my clunk, despite telling me other things that aren’t bad needed to be replaced.
Needless to say, I won’t be back for oil and parts. Or really, anything at all.

The Fox Toyota team does a great job. Donovan and Alex worked together promptly to ensure our deal came together for us to get into a vehicle that suits our growing family better. We saw the vehicle that fit our needs online in Reed City on Sunday night, and came home with it Tuesday morning. This was our second purchase with Donovan. We highly recommend him as an honest, hardworking salesman who will do all he can to ensure you drive off in something you're happy with!

The salesman was the best I’ve seen I ended buying a 2024 Camry but ended up hitting something in it and just had a crack in the bumper and about a week later headlights went out so I went into the service department to see what needs to be replaced and they tried to sell me a headlight for $900 and labor for $400 I went home and found both headlights online for $600 and installed them myself and the headlights had the same issue I found that it had no power in the wires and checked the fuses and low and behold that is what the problem was…. so $1300 for a fuse that’s what they were going to charge me because they don’t know what they are doing

Professional, and on point. Kept me up-to-date with timeline and cost. Truck still works great. After all, a Toyota is a solid, long lasting truck as long as care is taken to keep is maintained.

Bought a truck from them and i am super happy with it. The process was easy and fast. I highly recommend them. They found what i was looking for in my price point. This is the best experience i have had with a dealership. If i could give more stars i would!

If you plan to use your own financing, I would not look to purchase your vehicle through here. Drove two hours with a 9 month old to look at a vehicle, everything was going fine until we informed them we had our own financing. We were told that even with putting down 10-15k we could not leave with the vehicle if we used our lender. Disappointing they try and force you into their loan options. They have since reached back out to “try” and work something out with us but seems to be bare minimum effort. The vehicle we were interested in was no longer available and provided alternative vehicles that are three steps down from what were interested in and at the same cost. We had tried to ask questions around these alternative vehicles to see if we could settle for less but received very little response and seems they have no interest in making a sale unless its on their terms and their financing. I usually don’t leave reviews but in this case I want to make sure others do not waste a trip if they have to drive any amount of distance.
