Julie was fantastic. We worked with her 3 year ago on a build, and now our new build again. It was a huge order, and we did everything with her. Countertops, cupboards anywhere there is one, hardware, and even did a Cambria fireplace wall! Can’t say a single bad thing about Julie or KSI. We will be back!

My husband and I recently remodeled our bathroom with KSI. While we love the products we received, the service that KSI provided was awful. 4 out of 5 products we received were incorrect, multiple times. We had multiple products delivered incorrectly, more than once for each product and other products forgotten to be put on delivery trucks all together. When we brought this to the attention of our designer, we were never given an apology nor did it seem like they were taking ownership of the errors. It felt like every time we brought up our frustrations with the mistaskes KSI was making, we were not taken seriously. We escalated the issues to management, but even after the issues continued. When the project was completed, compensation was given but only after it was requested by us due to the multitudes of problems caused by KSI. All of the problems that arose could have been easily avoided, had they checked their products before delivering them. We did attempt to resolve this with KSI by filling out their survey and asking to be contacted, however we had to reach back out to KSI 4 weeks after completing the survey. We were told they assumed because we had spoken to management previously that they would not need to reach out. We requested multiple times to speak to management and were left with unanswered emails. All in all, we wish KSI would have taken ownership of the problems they caused.Service: Remodeling

We used Starlite Kitchens for a kitchen and bath remodel. We are 100% pleased with every single step of the process, from meeting with Pam and Julie to help with design and selection of materials, to each and every person who worked at our home. Jeremy was our project coordinator and he is fabulous! He kept us updated daily, was courteous and personable. Todd worked as our carpenter and man, did he do a great job! Details that we didn’t even think about, Jeremy and Todd were on top of them. Each contractor was timely, considerate about working in a home with a family (and dogs) and cleaned up as they finished.We are straight up delighted with our new kitchen and bath. Thank you to each member of their team. We will appreciate your work for years to come!

I am very happy with the service I recieved from Starlite Kitchens. Jason and his crew which includes the plumber that installed my counter tops were very professional. They were always on time and called on their way to let my know when they would arrive. Jason followed up when the job was finished to make sure it was to my liking.Services: Countertops

If I could give this place 10 STARS I would!!! I was almost in tears trying to pick out shingles for our new house. I tried online visualizers, looking at houses. Nothing was quite right. I went in to Wimsatt on 28th street, and they had everything there to see in a FABULOUS showroom. I talked to Kelly and she was VERY knowledgeable and helped me pick out a shingle color in 20 MINUTES!!! Best experience EVER!

We are doing a re-model on our home and building a new kitchen and master bath, tried walk in to their store to get a quote and was greeted at the door by a lady that told me they do not allow walk ins, go online and make an app. No thanks! Not how I do things. I guess If you are that scared of this "pandemic" stay home. Just wanted to let Starlight know they missed out on $35,000 job that will be given to their competitor down the road at West Michigan Kitchen Studio who 2 days ago welcomed me and got me the quote I asked for within 24 hours.

Starlite Kitchens has been my source for kitchen and baths for many years. There's a reason I continue to go back time and time again. Most recently (2019), I worked with Brett DeHaan and his team on a large scale home renovation that included a kitchen with challenging angles, bar area, three full bathrooms and a basement kitchenette. Starlite assisted in cabinet choice, design and install of all, along with the fabrication and installation of quartz countertops. Brett and team are always extremely knowledgeable and make the process stress free. They enjoy what they do and it shows. Clearly, there's no other location to go when looking at a renovation that includes cabinetry and/or countertops. Starlite always exceeds my expectations!
