After my experience today, the United States Postal Service WILL NOT get another penny of my money. Phone prompts run you in a circle. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human.
Your tracking info will be WILDLY incorrect and it is a 50/50 shot you actually receive what was sent.

Thru some fluke of the change of address system - my address got listed as vacant after I had lived there and been receiving mail for almost a month. I was expecting a delivery of prescription glasses yesterday, but couldn’t get to my mailbox until today - when I found out my mail was not being delivered due to the wonky change of address system. My glasses (which I need for work) were not in my mailbox, along with any of my other mail. Luckily I had time to head to the post office today and see if I could pick up my mail. I arrived just in time for them to track down my package with my glasses and pick it up before it was returned to the manufacturer. I didn’t get the names of the employees which searched diligently for my glasses but I appreciate you gentleman so much for saving my day!

I’ve been waiting for keys to be made for my mailbox, it’s been 2 weeks now. And every time I go to call them they will not answer the phone. Then gets irritated with people when they have to come in and ask small questions that could be easily answered on the phone if they would pick up.

Half of my mail keeps saying undeliverable. Cant get half of my mail. Packages say it's delivered than found out that it's undeliverable address unknown. Seriously. So sick of this post office.

Had a package shoved in my mailbox, took me a long time to pull it out, because it was so tight in there...I couldn't imagine if it was a senior citizen who had to deal with this......USPS drivers..if you have to push a package in, just take it to the door/porch please....my box was damaged, and to late to replace it.....I also had an envelope, clearly marked "Do not bend..Photograph"...guess what, shoved in and damaged the photo, and this was a one and done photo, couldn't get a copy...it was between cardboard too to protect it....if you can't do your job properly, and with respect towards people's packages...just quit already

Richard Henry the postmaster is the rudest person I have ever met. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. He refused to do his job. I had to go to Grand Blanc office where my issue was handled in a professional manner.he is completely unapologetic and arrogant. He needs to be fired.

They NEVER answer the phone!!! Their carriers deliver the wrong mail on a daily basis! You think they would find a solution to fix their problems… instead they don’t claim responsibility for all the undelivered packages. They should be required to take photos of packages delivered like multiple other sites do upon delivery, but they refuse to. If ever possible I use different delivery methods because you will have nothing but problems with this Burton usps office!

Wow. This place is a joke. They don't know where my package is at. They don't have it. It never got it delivered to me. I was suppose to have it on May 8. Now I have to wait till May 12 for it. So when I called them up the lady Mandy got really rude at me. I can't hear very good over the phone because of health issues so I asked her to repeat her name so I can hear it. And she got really rude and disrespectful. She even hung up on me the first time. So I had to call back just to get her name. And she was even more rude with me. She needs to be fired. She does not have any concern, respect, good customer service, etc. She really does need to be fired. I will be reporting her and the issue because I have everything recorded what she told me about my package and how rude she was to me.

I don't know why this location has such a low review. Clearly people don't know how a Post Office operates. I've only has great experiences here and Joe was very helpful and informative when I was shipping a package.

They steal packages and will respond to being caught by screwing with the rest of your mail in extremely petty ways. Tried filing a Police Report across the street and they refused to unless evidence was produced of the theft.
