Called looking for a trailer. They didnt have one. Now most places would stop and end the call there. But Alexandria helped me out and went out of her way to find one some where else . Set up a hold for the trailer at next location. Was very nice and helpful to all my questions. Thank you very much

Real good security. My trailer and 2 other were stolen from here. No answers, no vide, no nothing. 79.00 a month for secured storage. I was 911 operator I know how to use cameras and key pad codes to come up with answers. They had 0. No information, no clue.

If you have an RV God bless you when it comes to the parking lot inside I thought for sure we tore up our truck & the RV by hitting a few big potholes! On the expensive side as well

This place is very shady...Will leave "their" own seperate locks on your unit for multiple days(lazy) even after your rent is paid in full, & current!! If they know you have nice stuff/valuable property...and if for some reason you end up struggling in "Joe Bidens dictatorship/over-priced America" & for some reason falling behind... They make you jump through many hoops to pay your bill over the phone!!?They will date, print, as well as HOLD onto the mandatory "lein notice/letter" for 2-3 weeks "before" sending it out...giving a short, if any notice...hoping you dont get, or see it in time!! Then they can auction off your property secretively & illegally!!!??? They dont practice or follow the Michigan laws, which are meant to, & designed to protect/provide the renter with a "proper notice" about their "intentions" for your property!!! Be very cautious & attentive when renting here, because they are sneaky & very two-faced!✔???

Do NOT store your camper here. Serious maintenance is required of the roads for camper storage. The holes are so deep our camper almost bottoms out. There are a lot of cars that look abandoned and several commercial trucks that go in/out daily causing the roads to get worse. On more than one occasion when we have been at our camper, there were people who have storage units just randomly walking around through the campers. We stored here for a few years and the new owners raise the rent multiple times per year. The rent is extraordinarily high now and keeps going up even though no maintenance is being done to the facility. When I inquired about whether the roads would be repaired I was informed I could move out if I didn't like it. So we definitely did. The best part is we received a survey about our experience and because I checked the option "would not recommend" there is an error submitting my survey. If you select "would recommend", the survey goes through just fine.

I would do without before I would deal with anyone from this place again. Thank goodness U-Haul is a reputable business and did intervene on my behalf or I would have been stuck with an additional $1,400.00 bill for leaving the trailer, NOT truck but TRAILER we rented in another state.

Use this business at your own risk. If U-Haul had not of intervened on my behalf I would have been stuck paying them $1,400.00 more dollars for leaving an unsafe trailer in another state. Thank you U-Haul.
