The staff are always very helpful and friendly at this loaction. We have always brought all of our cars here for all their tire needs.
Justin helped us out most recently and we thought he was phenomenal. Getting us in quickly that day to try to fix the issues we have been having.

Used their service long ago but forgot to leave a review. Went here for an appointment for a quick check up on my tires since my boyfriend said I should get a tire patch on one of my tires, never had I requested them to do anything else. I had this gentleman help me out with it and told me I would need to pay for the new tires. No problem! Costed me $300+ after taxed to change them and have the pressure inflated. I thought that should be enough and I should get my car back to go to school, but then I also saw him pulling out a broken tire sensor, and tried upcharging me for a new one. I had to bluntly say that I didn't prepare enough to cover the extra cost, since that wasn't the reason I was there, so he decided to change a new one for me free, resulting in me having to go to another tire shop for my new sensor paired with my key fob and car system. I will bring my business elsewhere.

I haven't been to a Discount Tire since about 1999. Ever since, I've have been a Belle Tire guy. Today I went to a Belle Tire to get my tires rotated on my Tesla Model Y (it's first tire rotation!). Walked in and asked how long it might take. Response: "we only have one tech in for some reason. It will be 3-4 hours". I called the other local BT - same response. I decided to give the Discount Tire in Brighton a try. They said, "about 35-45 min"!
Upon arriving, I noticed they had a good number staff both inside and in the garage working. The facility was clean and well-kept. Kyle behind the counter was very friendly and professional. A team member came out from behind the counter and called my name while my car was being worked on to let me know it would be about 5-10 more mins. Once done, he came out into the waiting room to hand me my receipt and told me he would pull my car to the front door! I asked Kyle and a gentleman who was clearly the manager (based on his stature and professionalism) if the receipt was right as it was $0.00. The manager said, "Yes! Crazy, right?! We just hope that when you need new tires or other services, you'll choose us".
I'm not here to bash Belle Tire. They've been great over the years. But I've had some questionable experiences with them as of late (lack of professionalism, zero updates on service status whether waiting there or leaving the vehicle) and I have never had such an overwhelming positive experience at BT as I had today at Discount Tire. They definitely earned a new customer today! Keep up the great work.

We were traveling and not near home when we blew a tire. They got us in, and fixed, in a reasonable amount of time. So thankful for the help!
