If you like old companies that are rude, do damage to properties, change rules and fix gas prices in the local area it seems, then these cats are for you!!!! Folks in that office are rude as heck. I would highly recommend going to any other company for ur propane needs. They have been around forever and act like they can do what they want, talk to folks how they want and provide garbage service. Of course they do this over the phone, it's gross man. There are many other options available to not have to use this place. Avoid.

THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC! NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE, in Fremont or the surrounding areas would fill my propane tank, because I own my tank..... CORRIGAN,had NO issues!The prices are great! People are fantastic, polite and super friendly! I recommend them to everyone!

Don't run out of gas because they will charge you for a emergency fill ($100) and not show up for 2 days . Wait 2 days with no gas for heat or hot water but charge a extra 100 for nothing.

Had an emergency and they helped me out greatly. My company and Corrigan have had a long history together and been using them for my propane for years. Today was different. Woke up to a cold house with no hot water and realized we were out completely. Called the propane dept. at 7:30 in the morning. Someone was at my door by 9:30. Filled it all and lit everything back up. Not only that but my daughter was home and didn't have the dogs controlled before he got there. No issue. He calmed the dogs down and let them know he was okay. Now although I did have a bad billing experience recently and almost jumped ship, I am glad I didn't because THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I called to confirm that we are all set for lock in price, pd $50 for it. And they could not confirm or tell me my lock in price, this was done awhile ago. They said it's not so easy to look up. Why not?

Sadly their refills are wholly inconsistent for 20 pound exchanges.I get exchanges often at the Mobile at Rushton and 10 Mile in South Lyons. Or I used to.I got two tanks today. One tank has too much something in it. It stinks so bad to stand over the grill I won't cook anything on it. The second tank seems to have oddly low pressure as it only produces a small flame when all valves are wide open.I am pretty sure it isn't my valve as the two tanks before worked all right.Thus, inconsistent.Previous to this it was about every 5th or 6th tank that I had issues with.I am going to call Monday and see if they'll take this tank back that has a nastiness to it. I am glad I didn't try heating the shop with that tank. That smell would have been awful.I've never had these issues with propane before. Not even from tiny towns up north.

Double billed my credit card for a service they failed to complete in a timely manner, when several individuals were without heat in the cold. Had to talk to three account representatives in billing who each promised a refund that never happened until several weeks later, several phone calls. Poor customer service in billing. I called to have my tank removed they did not inquire as to why I made this decision and the representative was quite rude even prior to me explaining who I was or what I called for.

They let us run out of propane due to their mistake. Their billing is awful. I have been waiting for Ashley to call me back for 4 days but she has not. Run away from this company. I have had nothing but problems with tgem since the start. I cannot wait until spring so I can switch companies.

Literally had so much going on propane was not on my mind and I ran out completely. Called Corrigan at 8a.m. by 10 a.m. my tank was full. They did charge 100 same day service fee but hey I get that. Anyway thank you Corrigan for keeping us warm.

Never been so let down by a company. You guys truly know how to ride the line of doing your job. Pressure test with gate valves open? You dont even know if its leaking yet you charged me for it? I do pressure tests that are hud approved and this is a mockery and disappoint.

Great customer service. Fast, prompt answering the phone, directing to the proper department and getting your questions answered. When you call to fill the tanks, they will always let you know about how much it will be and suggestions as well with any problems. We found this company to be very professional and outstanding in customer service!
