Danny and the others were fabulous with helping me get my windshield replaced quickly and economically. Danny did research and found the best price on molding at one place and the best price on the windshield at another and came in much cheaper than anywhere else I called. The glass came in the next day and they replaced it two days after I got the quote – and in less time than they told me. Barely finished my grocery shopping across the street. :-)

We needed a trailer hitch attachment pretty quickly and it was very amazing. We got right in the price was extremely fair and we had a very great experience. Would highly recommend going forward.

My wife and son were driving cross country and got hit with a rock that cracked the windshield on a Friday afternoon. Auto One managed to get the necessary glass (not trivial for a mini cooper) and do the install first thing the next morning (Saturday). Super friendly and professional.

Went to Auto One in Brighton to have a trailer hitch put on a CR-V. We worked with Danny; he went out of his way to do a rush job for us. All the guys were professional, friendly, and did a great job. My recent experiences with other companies have found good service to be in short supply. I was pleasantly surprised, almost in awe, to find Auto One broke the mold and showed genuine interest in helping us and providing outstanding service. I highly recommend this business.

In the past this was my go to place for glass repair, tinting, hitch insulation...etc. even would direct my kids and friends to them. Seems like last few times it's been starting to go down hill. Last one was a rear glass for my truck. Installed it but scratched the opening up, poor fit, the worst part was it was not even close to the same type of slider. I get not OEM but a compleatly different style than OEM? I would think I should have been warned and given a choice on that! Gave 3 stars based on past performance (5 Star) this one would be negative. Really didn't seem to care this time and provided no options to get my truck back to OEM appearance. Will be moving on from Auto 1. Too bad long history.

Went in with a sunroof leak on my SUV and they fixed it right then while I waited, got rid of the water spot in the interior and fixed a loose mud flap that I didn’t ask for. Awesome service, awesome price and very friendly. Taking my car back next week for a detail! Will use them again

I bought a truck cap that had a paint flaw by the drivers door. They offered me $25 to take it as is. I said I didn't want it with the paint flaw. They took off the cap, had it repainted and put it back on. Then I had a leaky truck cap that was brand new. Also the allen screws for the roof rack are completely stripped so I can't even take the roof rack off.

These guys were great! I was able to make an appointment quickly, they were very polite and reasonably priced. I inquired about custom seat covers and they provided me with detailed quotes for that quickly, too! Highly recommend!
