Andre has been our family jeweler for decades. His craftsmanship and tune to fine detail sets him apart from the rest. He even took a pair of earrings that he had made many years ago, and set the diamonds into my engagement ring. My husband and I are so happy with both my engagement and wedding band. He also resized my husband’s heirloom wedding bands.Every time we walk in, there is always someone to greet you with a smile. We have not once felt pushed or talked into making a decision. Never did we feel that he was trying to “sell” us something, as you would get in a big box store.Keep your business local! We will always go back to Andres.

A few days ago I sold used gold and silver jewelry to Andres Fine Jeweler. Andre waited on me and I am happy to say the entire experience was convenient, pleasant and transparent. Andre sorted the many types of jewelry I brought, quickly explaining what was valuable and what was a base metal. He tests for the quality of the gold and silver right in front of you. No secrets. His pricing is entirely above-board and very generous. I thought I might have about $500 worth of chains and rings but the final amount was more than $2,000. I can't speak highly enough of Andre and his process. Gold prices are at an all-time high. If you are thinking of cashing in on those old chains and bracelets, do it now. And go to Andre's. You won't regret it.

Sooo happy I found Andre’s Jewelers! I got a bracelet from vacation and it was too big so the original jewelry place we bought it from removed a few links. It was still too big so I took it to Andre’s Jewelers. I believe her name was Carol that helped me when I walked in and then she got Andre to look at the bracelet. He examined it and showed me that one of the springs on the bracelet was broke where it was repaired before! The bracelet was unique and would of costed more than the bracelet to repair but Andre came up with a great idea and he removed the broken spring in front of me and said he could weld it together to keep the cost down! I got the bracelet today and it is perfect!!! Thank you soooo much!

By many read reviews I drove an hour to Andre's to sell my gold jewelry I never wore and was throughly pleased except for one thing. They express on their website how they will weigh everything in front of you after he checks and tests the quality of gold pieces. They didn't weigh anything in front of me to make sure I was receiving the actual grams and not penny weight. Instead they took all my jewelry in the back room and weighed it which totaled $4300.00. I should have said something and requested to see the scales, but I didn't and regret not voicing my concerns.

ANDRE'S FINE JEWELERS: We just had a terrific experiemce @ Andre's Jewelers on Main Street right downtown. We had some scrap gold from old earrings/ring settings that we needed to sell. Carol walked us thru the process of how they authenticate the gold content and even invited hubby (who's a curious engineer) into the back area to watch her test the pieces. They were very professional and friendly and best of all I now have extra money in my pocket and we've moved ahead in our decluttering project. Woot! I highly recommend Andre's!

It pains me to give a bad review. I know this is someone's business and life. But as a warning to other customers i had a terrible experience. Sadly Andre doesn't stand behind his work. He made a custom bracelet for me that was a gift to my mom. The chain started to fray after less than 1 month. He blamed us for "smashing" the bracelet. He said if I had spent $3-4K it would last longer. He seems to believe spending $1000 on jewelry it is acceptable to last one month.
