Update: Shortly after posting this review the dealership reached out and said they were going to send me a free oil change coupon to try and make right, but yet I never recieved this coupon they mentioned. Guessing they were just trying to get me to change the review?
Bought a F150 here last year and to be honest, wasn’t that impressed. It took me hanging up on my sales guy Josh, spending way to long at the dealership and acting like I wasn’t gonna buy it just to get them to come down on the price of an overpriced used truck. So when my dad was in the market for a new f150, I asked them about pricing for my dad when I was there getting an oil change. My dad specifically told me he wanted the 3.5L ecoboost engine, the guy tried telling me that didn’t need the 3.5 and could just go with the 2.7 and then they wouldn’t give me any pricing information without my dad there. So when my dad was ready to go look at trucks, we decided to run to Szotts first, where we were in and out of a dealership in under an hour, he found the truck he wanted, got the price he wanted (without haggling) and got the truck for an overnight test drive. He came back 2 days later with the truck and got it detailed and prepped, and signed papers. Not saying you shouldn’t go to Randy Wise, but if you want a good experience go to Szott.

I’ve been in the independent auto service for over 40 years and never thought I would see dealer service like this. The people at Randy Wise and Ford Motor company customer service were fabulous to deal with. Kudos to my service writer Jeff. Nice job!!!!

Had to service my Ford F150. Truck had too many issues. Chris Boan finance manger hope I got last name right and Dave Swanson went to extremes to get me out of this vehicle into a dream ride that I will cherish!! Thank you guys, the loyalty shown back to me as a customer is exactly how good business is done and done right!! I will never go anywhere else for my Ford needs.

I recently had to take my Ford fusion into Randy Wise Ford, and the service department is extraordinary and got me right in, communication was great and I got my vehicle back the same day. I would recommend Randy Wise Ford to anybody. Also, if you’re looking for a vehicle, see Tom Tatu!

First off, I'm very hesitant to walk into a dealership because my experiences have always been high pressure sales. When I read on the website that these guys are here to help you buy a car and NOT to sell you on one, I thought, "sure... Yeah, right." Boy was I wrong. Every part of this experience was easy and actually fun. I travel for a living and my truck died so I was kinda stressed out but, Dave Swanson (The Dr.) was extremely helpful and listened to what I needed, showed me the extended carfax and all the service records, and we went from there. After I had picked out a truck to test drive, the Used Vehicle manager, John Karwat came over and showed me all the numbers and brought a sense of relief that I wasn't getting taken by another dealership. After that I went to see J. T. over in finance and we laughed and talked motorcycles, racecars, traveling, and art while we finished the paperwork for the loan. All in all 10/10 y'all. I would highly recommend this place and I'll send anyone here for buying anything. (Especially extended warranties)

Terrible place to get a used car from. I made my first big time adult decision and financed a vehicle a 2014 ford escape titanium, within the first month I had to have it towed back twice , between spark plugs and the fuel injectors , had them inspect the vehicle before we drove it to Tennessee and south Carolina , half way to tennesse it began to misfire I had to pull over and shut the vehicle off ever 20 mins on the side of the highway going through the mountains which was very unsafe remind you I had my significant other and my very young child in the car with me , luckily was able to make it back to Michigan, then had to drop it off and they had I for a week and a half, didn't have a loaner vehicle so I had to miss work , and when I got it back Noone could tell Me what they had to fix or what they fixed , about 2 weeks later after finding a new job because I lost my job from missing the week and I half they had my vehicle I was driving to my new job stopped at a stop sign and the transmission completely went out I had to push my vehicle almost 2 miles to my bosses house where I now sits because I'm paying on a 14,000 vehicle I can't drive and I don't have 3-6,000 dollars to get the trans replaced or rebuilt , yall made my life hell.....so thanks

Excellent service from beginning to end. Started with friendly and fun phone call to book an appointment with Crystal who was so helpful and ended with our issue fixed, a great price on an oil change and tire rotation to the vehicle being delivered at no charge. Highly recommend them.
