If you value your life, avoid Golling service at all costs! Took my wife's Wrangler for a brake job. After one day and $1000 dollars later, the upper mount bolt on the drivers rear caliper falls out! Took it back to the dealer to replace the damage and they only install a new bolt. They're unwilling to replace the damaged wheel caused by their own incompetence. Then, After the first attempt to use the E-brake....no tension! Again, back to the dealer. Now they say they won't fix it unless we pay thousands to replace weeping axle seals that have nothing to do with the problem! Dangerous service department!

Tried to make a purchase out of state from this dealer. Spoke to sales and explained the price I was willing to pay for a ram 2500. It was said in plain English. Came back 7k higher than what I said I will pay or I'll order from 2 other dealers who gave me the same price. When I questioned why waste my time and his, got zero response. Joke of a dealer go elsewhere

Went to see Kyle at BH Golling. He was very informative and helped me find the car I was looking for! Great place!

Do not purchase a pre-owned vehicle here! I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2019. The amount of repairs and expenses I've been through is unbelievable. They sold me a lemon! So far the engine has had to be replaced!! The engine! I kept up with all regular maintenance and even some supposed preventative care. Didn't matter. Engine locked one day and had to be replaced. The AC was just repaired too. Now the passenger light is out and it's not the bulb, it's not a fuse, it's the entire ballast... another $600-$700 repair. Whenever I go for the so called "free" oil change that's supposed to come with a car wash, the wash machine is broken and the guys are aggressively trying to sell me on additional repairs and services. Of course every-time I get the oil changed there I end up having another random issue on the car soon after. Just to get a diagnosis from them is an arm and a leg and unless I'm buying or paying for something at the moment, service is awful. This is not normal wear and tear. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee before this with little to no issues for the better part of 10 years. This place is a money pit. Beware!

I literally have ptsd after dealing with the service department with regard to a Recall. The details would make you want to vomit uncontrollably, thus I'll refrain. Just trust me.

Our salesperson, Tyler Derikx was professional, courteous and efficient. Everything went well and we’re happy with the sale transaction. I have two suggestions that may further improve your sale process. 1). Meeting or introducing another person besides our salesperson is not necessary unless the customer ask for it. 2). Our salesperson, Tyler Derikx’s name should be on the final sales contract for full credit. Seeing another person’s name does not make sense, it adds more questions. Thank you.

I bought a car from them out of state. They charged me for electronic title fee. They charged me fu state sales tax. Come to find out they never submitted the tax I paid to my state. I now has to pay an additional $2000 over the tax I already paid. Reports filled to bbb, police department etc. Tried making multiple contacts to dealership and they do not respond. Absolute SCAM dealership should Be shut down.

Called to check inventory. Asked a couple simple questions and salesman was too lazy to just look and had a huge attitude about it. Every other dealership could answer the question(s) in less than a min, this guy couldn't be bother. Horrible, and to think I was thinking of switching from Chevy to Ram. Nope.

Completely Disappointed with Crystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We bought a 2021 Dodge Hemi Durango R/T September 18th and have had nothing but Fuel System Problems. Started with not being able to fill the tank with gas without it kicking the gas pump off every $0.56. 1st Mechanic Visit : They replaced some part and told my wife who's 45, how to pump gasoline the right way. Got it back and a couple days later same problem. Visit 2 with Mechanic: replaced filler tube, 3 days later we get it back, gas filled fine once, from then on same issue. Took it back for Visit 3: they replaced the whole gas tank and some fuel canisters and insisted my wife needed another condescending tutorial on how to put gas in a vehicle, and she has to be overfilling it and that they'll cover it "this time". Well now the vehicle that drove fine, and just wouldn't fill with gas properly, as she is on her way to pick up our daughter from school it just bogged down and shut off 3 times, Luckily she got it home. But My wife got stuck halfway into our garage and it just stopped. We had them tow it for Visit 4 : it's been nearly 3 weeks, and we still don't have our $62000 ($80k after financing term) vehicle to enjoy. If their Corporate does not get back to me, I always have my legal Representation retained here, and they will be reaching out next time, not me. We were considering requesting a different brand new Dodge Hemi Durango, but with how bad the customer service has been, and the way they tried to Demeanor my Wife, We want all of our money back, and we will be spending it with another Dealership immediately after receiving the money. I never conduct Business this way and the General Manager should be ashamed of himself and his service Manager Todd.

I seriously used all my brain power at work and was such a flake when working with Greg and Daryl in the service department. They and the rest of the service team were incredibly patient, really helpful and remained very respectful throughout my vehicle's service. I can't say enough how much I appreciate their professionalism when life was very stressful for me. Even though they may not be super excited to learn this (LOL!!!), they created a loyal customer today. Thank you so very much!

Adam Osgood is professional, understanding and completely accommodating. I brought my vehicle in because the tire air indicator malfunctioned and wouldn't display the p.s.i. He assured me the part would be in and fixed the next day. He comped me a rental car and was on my way in minutes. He called me a few hours later to give me a situation report about the car and said everything was on schedule. I picked up my car the next day. I appreciate the communication with Golling, and especially with Adam. The free rental was a nice touch, as I didn't even ask for the comp. I highly recommend Golling.

My wife and I have been a loyal Golling customer for the past 10 years. Micheal Martin is great at what he does and we refer customers to him.

Battery fail, change battery. Total cost $455 = $175 (labor, she said it took the mechanic 1.5 hour to inspect and replace the battery) + $234 (battery) + misc & tax. And for comparison - - Meade Lexus of Southfield same service I had in 2018, $230 - Local Goodyear just quoted me $145 No need to continue humiliating every unhappy customer by saying "YOU AGREED OVER THE PHONE!" We agreed because we thought we can trust you so we didn't do the pricing research while keeping you waiting over the phone. We agreed therefore we paid the bill, didn't we? Kelly and (forgot the other guy's name) really need to learn what customer-centric means.
