Arrived at 8:40 AM when they are supposed to be open and they were closed. Thankfully my package was already labeled and fit in the after hours drop box.

As a Federal employee myself I find it upsetting that this location has become so badly run. It's been moved to a horrible location it should have stayed on Long lake road my family has had a box here for over 40 years and we are probably going to close it. The disrespectfulness and at the holiday too they were very rude to my elderly mother who has a heart condition just because she was a few minutes before close to pick up a package. I hate to say it but it could be a race type thing or gender thing I'm not sure but they need to stop because we all work. We are all doing what we have to do every day they are not the only people who work hard. If I behaved as badly and rudely as the staff at this location I would not have a job with the Fed govt. I would be fired. Also, they have asked me to work in the US postal and I wouldn't not for all of the money. And it isn't just this location I've noticed it was bad in Royal oak as well. They don't want to do their civil duty they don't want to help people well that is the point of being in federal service. I get it the long hours the over work I live it every day. If it isn't for you then do something else dnt take it out on the customers. Where is the oig in this where are the watch dogs. They are watching the postal and they are not watching the DoL which they should be.

Staff doesn’t care about the customers. Wait is always long, nobody works very hard. They go thru the motions, but not much is accomplished. Terrible attitude for entire staff. How did you put together so many disfunctional people. They are a very bad group! Get a new manager at this location, and fix the service & atmosphere when customers come in. We do pay their wages…thru all the taxes we pay. The usps runs a deficit every year….we are all subsidizing this deficit thru our taxes. Please show some respect for the people that pay your wages & benefits.

I was standing at the counter for @ 5 minutes before the lady Leia came to help me. And when she did she looked at me like I was interrupting her lunch. Absolutely rude look, didn’t greet me, nothing. I had an Amazon plastic wrapped package that was going out and it wasn’t tapped. The woman Leia asked me to buy some tape to tape it up before it can be sent out. I told her I don’t have my debit card on me and I can’t pay for the tape. I asked her politely as a courtesy to please put tape on it so I can send this out. She told me that’s not her problem and that I need to step aside so she can help the customer behind me. Very unprofessional, rude and not polite. DON’T COME TO THIS POST OFFICE!!!

Tried to put mail on hold, was greeted with lack of basic services. Unable to hold mail online due “unavailable for your address, contact USPS office”. Made the trek ( over 5 miles from home), then after standing in line was rejected at counter because “ we ran out of forms”. After awkward staring session, I asked what my options were? Response: “Need to put in hold online”. Clear breakdown in communications. In the end, I filled out my request on a blank piece of paper, hoping it would be honored. Sad state of affairs for USPS and why I/we stay away from USPS for what should be a basic service.

The rudest people I have worked with in a long time. It makes me so upset to know people can treat people like this.

Bad. I have an ongoing case and management reached out to me once, they called back a second time and it rang only once and now they closed the case without doing anything to help that my package with tracking just somehow vanished

If I could give them a zero star review- I would. In January, I came to renew 5 passports. Now, I am getting letters and emails that we never turned in our old passports with our paperwork. We gave her our old passports with all our paperwork. Some how, NOW all our passports are lost. NOT ACCEPTABLE! How can you misplaced 5 old passports, when you stapled everything in front of us. VERY ODD! I’m going to make a serious complaint. This could be identity theft.BEWARE OF THIS USPS AT ALL COST!

You can live in Bloomfield and have this post office be the eighth closest post. They don't delivery mail. When they don't deliver mail, they expect you to stay in a forty minute lines. This is the worst post office

Blonde hair supervisor she looks like burnt off her eyelashes, Nasty demeanor, she is not for customers. Post master with the Eyeglasses just stood there, acting like she cared, when she really looked like she wanted me to leave because I’m black. I wouldn’t be surprised if she is a r___st. Poor customer service. Worst post office ever.

Hours say they open at 8:30am. I was there at 8:30 and stayed for 10 minutes- they never opened. I saw this sign that said ring bell for service before 9am - I rang it multiple times (hearing people in the background) and no one answered. Very unprofessional.

By far the worst place I’ve been too there’s an Indian man who speak badly abt English and is very rude u saw him get into an argument with 3 out of 5 ppl who were in line , and I didn’t expect him to give me a show but here we are, he was rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be working there with zero experience
