“It's a post office. It's not therapy. It's not a doctors office. It's a place to mail letters and packages. Sometimes things break, like scales and stamp machines. People break things, no surprise. Later, they get fixed. Again, it is a post office and I mail things and get receipts and the system is still working. Is everyone friendly all the time? You can answer that yourself. Control your reaction and move on through your day. Reading the reviews SMH.”
“Doesn’t really seem to be advertised from the street I suggest you follow your navigation closely. Not sure what the story is with parking. I parked on the side of the street in front of someones home not sure if that’s except-able but I was quick. Highly recommend this location my visit was fast and staff were professional and extremely helpful. Thank you!”
“The ladies at this location have always greeted me with a smile and often by name. I'm in there during business hours 3 or 4 times a month for the last 7 years and they appear to be hardworking. In that time, I've never felt like I needed to post a negative review so when I was looking for their operating hours it occurred that I should post this positive review.The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I hate parking. The meters out front are horrible because it's not possible to run in & out without dorms more than pocket change. The saving grace is that you can park in the deck without paying but sometimes finding a spot can be tricky.”

Due to the new bright light named Jasmyne. She's professional, kind, quick and patient. She doesn't raise her voice, she doesn't treat customers like they aren't worth her time. “I went here today to get my daughter's passport. We had an appointment at 2:15 and we were out the door by 2:35. I was super impressed! The employee that helped us was BUSY - helping us and another person who was also there for a passport and several other customers just coming in to mail packages.I noticed several negative reviews of people complaining about the employees being rude when they came in to get their passports and my suggestion would be to make sure you read everything you need to do BEFORE you go.You have to pay by check, bring all the required documentation and it's also suggested you complete and print the application BEFORE you get there. When you do the things they suggest, it's a smooth process.Also, I am sure the employees there deal with a lot of grumpy people. Try giving them the benefit of the doubt and be respectful.”
“Our company had a skeleton crew on 12/31/21 and I called the PO to let them know that the mailman would have to come through a different gate. She called him while we were on the phone and he said he would meet me out front in 2 min and there he was. What a great example of customer service!”

“Nathan was great and very helpful! The line was long but he didn't rush me. He helped me pack my box and he even suggested another way to ship my package through the post office that was affordable then what I was planning on doing. He was wearing a mask , but he was still caring. It's hard sometimes with masks to tell how the other person is feeling. The post office is always clean and organized when I visit. The rest of the staff are also nice and polite.”
