I live 45 minutes from Mercedes Benz of Greenwich a Penske Auto group dealer and have 3 other brand dealers within 15 minutes of my home but I brought my car in for service here because it was purchased new here and I used to believe in loyalty.

When your only off one day a week and spend three hours driving and over a hour there looking for a car you been told was there an apology just dont do it!!!!!! I spent 5 hours buying a car from a local PAG dealer after completing the credit app and trade-in valuation online. Close to 4 hours of that was spent waiting for so-called "negotiations" with managers and, at the end, was hammered by the "business manager" to buy an extended warranty at an inflated price.

I've had only positive experiences with this dealer, both in sales and service. The large number of brands they represent is impressive and even just fun to come look around. They also host a monthly cars and coffee with free coffee and juice, and great food trucks. Smaller than the one at Scottsdale 101 but less crowded and easier to talk with people.

terrible experience. Went there to buy a truck...saw the one I was looking for and it was perfect.... Could get no salespeople to help they were to interested in talking to the receptionist. Asked for help no one came out Went to the museum to kill time the receptionist must have been reading a good book but did not even bother to look up. Anyways went to another dealer and found the truck to suit my needs.

My wife and I went for a special event. We've gone for last few years to look at cars and such. They have a race car museum on sight, fun to look at.

My special thanks to Sandy Cashmore for her diligence in resolving the return of a loaner car. Extraordinary employee. Thank you Sandy.

I had by far the worst experience with land rover not sure if it's the car itself or the dealership I got it from. I need you to make that decision. This was my first land rover SUV. I was excited on the date of February 1st of 2019 when I purchased 2013 range rover sport hse and traded in my dodge truck at jaguar land rover Monmouth located at 807 NJ-35, Ocean Township, NJ 07712. Just after 1 week I got the car I had issues with the truck the steering wheel started shaking when I was driving from 55-70 miles per hours so I took an appointment and the dealership tried to fix it I picked up the car and the problem was not fixed. And so I brought the car back again. From February 7th to April 1st I kept on bringing the car 8 times for the same problem and it was never fixed I have all the records they kept on troubleshooting the same issue but was not able to fix it. I was not able to enjoy my car that I purchased at all I was mostly just going back and forth in loaner cars and dealing with service team. At one point they said that's how the car is made and there is nothing they can do about it. Than the sales manager try to sell me another car which is 2014 range rover hse. Which was $17000 more expensive than the current car I had. I was so fed up I said fine I will take it and so in mid April I brought 2014 by spending lots of money and hurting my credit by taking loans and few hard inquiries on my credit since I just brought the car in February and now in april. This 2014 car was good I honestly enjoyed it until after 1 month my remote control stopped working all of a sudden so I changed the batteries but it didn't work I try to use my second spare key and that didn't work so I took it to the service and the manager next day named Dave was so rude to me and said here is the bad news it's not covered by warranty and it will cost you $1800 to fix the KVM module in the car which only had 55k miles. He had no shame to be polite and courteous just to give me this news he just threw it out on my face and said either you want us to do it or come take your car back. Now I do not have extra $1800 to fix this and morally it's just not right that I have to pay for this when I do have 6 months warranty which clearly states on the paper ""all electrical " but the dealership says no it's not covered right now I have car but I cant lock or unlock with remote control. Than I got a door latch recall notice so I made an appointment to fix it the dealership said I had to wait 1 hour so I adjusted my job accordingly and drove 30 minutes from my house to the dealership on the date of my appointment just to find our the part that actually checks the recall is broken or not working at the dealership the service advisor Jordan said this to me. And said I need to make another appointment so now I wasted my time to go there and adjusted my job hours for nothing they should have called me and gave me heads up to let me know the part is not available to check your recall it's being courteous but this dealership absolutely does not care. The service team did not make my appointment and said they will schedule one for me which still didn't happen its 7 days already. I scheduled it with different land rover dealership as I do not want to go here anymore. I will be filing lots of complaints and putting bad reviews as this whole situation is not fair to me at all. At the end I am stuck with $18000 more expensive car. Bad credit score and the car which cannot be locked or unlocking and has recall as of today 08/30/2019 which hasn't been fixed yet!! PS - in the dealership Pete/ Nick and Alex from service are very good people and they were always nice to me only the rest of the team and dealership itself is one scamming horrible and manipulated car dealership in New Jersey USA. Thank you

Very upset with the 2019 5 seri I purchase. In two months it broke down and they had to replace 2 items and charge the battery! Really! this is crazy! I just drove it for 2 months and all of this is happening and they want me to keep driving this car. I told them I don't trust this car I have three kids and this car is not safe!
