This has got to be one of the worst Krogers around, and that’s a low bar. It’s clear that the store is managed on the principle of having as few employees as possible. There are often long lines for checkout. The bottle return machines break constantly and it takes forever for someone to fix it.It’s too small so the selection is worse than other nearby stores. The one positive is that they have some decent liquor “manager’s pick” stuff in a special cabinet and it sells at state minimum. That said, due to the staff shortages it has never taken me less than 20 minutes to get someone to unlock the special cabinet. If this wasn’t the closest location to my house I’d never go to this store. As it is I generally avoid it.

update Jan 2024. I hate this store with a passion. So many times basic things are missing. A whole chicken, not there, heavy cream, they're all out. Daisy Sour cream - gone. There is a huge party of the store for takeout and such, hot foods, etc. But the section for real food is so small....This store is hit hard. Many times when you go the shelves are empty.

Melinda! Melinda! Melinda! I give Melinda FIVE stars! She is an amazing person, basically an A N G E L. When I walked in, I heard employees discussing how they feel miss treated. I thought that was unusual… But proceeded to grab a bag of the tastiest weirdest best grapes ever. These grapes look like mini egg plants! Anyway, I I start browsing and noticed that it’s a giant store, very clean, and all the employees ? pretty happy and nice. But I burst into laughter when I saw the line for check out. it’s comical. I don’t understand how a store with this system is still in operation.I should have timed my wait …..but I’d guess at least 10 minutes. Lolol Lolol what!?!!At 7pm the only way to check out is by using the self check out… There are no cashiers … except my beautiful angel Melinda, who hast to run around like a maniac swiping her badge for people who accidentally bagged their cinnamon toast crunch too fastIt seems that most of the people had a good attitude, and we all were just laughing it off. Anyway, back to Melinda she’s amazing. She’s a superstar. She is the only reason I am making this review, and the only reason I gave any stars instead of zero stars.

Management treats minors as workers horribly. Witnessed a Management worker screaming and being very rude to a young minor that was working and just sweeping. Mad at the kid for sweeping a certain spot first. I literally said something to the short lady with Grey and black hair and she told me to mind my damn business. Never returning to this krogger again.

Chronically understaffed. Fine store just expect long lines at checkout.

Zero customer service. None at all. You will ring up your own order. You will bag your own groceries. The only Kroger employees you encounter are restocking shelves. There is zero reason to shop at a place that sells subpar products and then makes you work to buy them. Nino Salvaggio's is just up the street.

This location is horrible. Customer service is non-existent. Staff is unfriendly and downright rude. Coupled with the gimmicky pricing, no longer shop there

Was loyal shopper for 20 years, but this Kroger has gone downhill greatly in last year forcing customers to wait in long lines for self checkout only (no cashiers), rude comments if ask question on how to clip/save coupons, and closing meat/seafood section early or wait at least 10 minutes until someone return to counter. Today (1pm, 29 Sept) was my last straw basis repeated inconvenient checkout, rude comments to other "elderly" shoppers who are not as tech savy on self checkout. Needless to say, I will never shop in Kroger again as there are better choices elsewhere (Meijer, Costco, Plum, Whole foods, Nino) without the inconvenience and hassle.

This Kroger has decent product but please god hire people to actually work the cash registers. Usually there is only self service open even if you have a huge cart, and when they do have a lane open it’s usually only one. Very confusing, I usually don’t go here because of this

If I could give Zero Stars, I would. This store has the absolute worst customer service of any Kroger I’ve ever been to. Lack of professionalism, poorly trained staff, inadequate staffing levels, lazy attitudes and disrespectful behaviors.I’ve shopped Kroger for 20+ years and have never had an issue. For the past three years since moving to this area, this store has repeatedly disappointed. I’m done with it until there is a significant change; not sure how I’ll know since I don’t plan to set foot in that disaster again.
