Trying to get through to Walgreens’ pharmacy took 3 calls. We ended up TWICE in a DOOM LOOP of automated recordings, each recording transferring to another, then hanging up on us. When we finally reached a pharmacy representative, she couldn’t answer our questions about if there are copays on vaccinations for seniors on a PPO plus Medicare. We’re going to change pharmacies. ?

I have never heard of a pharmacy losing medication that you been waiting two weeks and then act like seizure medication is no big deal when they lose it ,and be rude to you for there mistake.

Every single time you go to the drive through pharmacy, it’s a long wait. Really long wait!!! I’m a patient person, but this is ridiculous. I’ve lived here my whole life, and it gets worse and worse! Not to mention they run out of medication constantly.

Do NOT go here! This Walgreens is terrible. They run out of your medication and don't order more until you're literally out of them and have to scramble to find them at a different store. This has happened with my boyfriend's SEIZURE meds several times, and the woman there said it "wasn't a big deal" that they wouldn't have his prescription until days after he ran out. That is NOT okay! If he doesn't take them every day he'll end up in the hospital. They could KILL someone with their negligence and they don't seem to care at all. They don't even deserve one star.

This is a nice clean store!! Be aware there's no way to get your scripts from 1:30 pm-2:00 pm as the pharmacy closes in order to take lunch.

The absolute WORST pharmacy in town. I have lived here my whole life (30+ years) and have watched this place slowly become a big brown skidmark on the City of Big Rapids’ boxer briefs. I can summarize my experiences in 3 words: Unprofessional, Impolite, Unknowledgeable. The pharmacists must have skipped their PR/bedside manor classes in school or have simply forgotten what it means to be in the people business. I’m disappointed I have to give it one star because they aren't even worthy of that.

Patrick, the pharmacist at Big Rapids Walgreens was amazing. We were told by a pharmacy staff member that they didn’t have a medication and would have to order it and it wouldn’t be in for 2 days. Patrick said they did have it and went to the shelf in the pharmacy department and brought it out to us. We were so thankful he knew they had it and brought it to us. He’s the best. ❤️

Started to get my prescription filled here as I thought the drive up would be quick. Wrong it is beyond slow. Took 30 minutes one day. Clerk was frustrated and short tempered. Price of scripts is way more expensive than other chains. Moved my scripts.

You know what isn’t right? Doordashers receiving a delivery of a prescription for someone in STANWOOD a 23 mile round trip order for $3.30! So because Walgreens chooses to offer delivery of prescriptions to people in other towns, doordashers don’t deserve to be paid even the equivalent to a gallon of gas for a 23 mile delivery? It’s not right on the part of Walgreens or the entitled customer not tipping. No doordashers should EVER have to pay out of THEIR POCKETS to deliver anything especially for a company like Walgreens that has huge profits.

Good luck!Since moving to the area, I’ve had nothing but challenges with the pharmacy. I would submit my refill order through the app and schedule my pickup a few days out to allow for time to get it prepared. However, when I arrive for pick sometimes the are ready & sometimes not. As mentioned, some staff members are quite rude although there are some friendly ones, too.Transferred everything to a different pharmacy and don’t plan to step foot in this location again.The days of high-integrity and helpful service are gone (at least at this particular pharmacy). It’s disappointing as I never had this many challenges with the Walgreens I used in Iowa.
