This shop took over a difficult to diagnose case and solved it quickly. I ended up buying another car due to the misdiagnosis and noticed the big sign in the shop saying WE DO WARRANTY WORK . Good to know since I bought my new car in Grand Rapids. These are nice guys, and I recommend them. ?

My Subaru stopped running on 131 North, just south of Big Rapids. I had it towed to Quality Car & Truck Repair because it was the closest. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired quickly. They were also very friendly and honest. I'm super happy with their work and for sure recommend them!

I recently took my 2014 Ram to Quality Car and Truck Repair to address an air leak in my airlift helper bags. They were incredibly efficient, getting my truck in the next day and swiftly diagnosing the issue—a leaking T fitting and a pneumatic switch. The repair was handled quickly and effectively. The owner, Don, and the front desk person, Jake, were both super nice and professional. If you’re looking for reliable service for your vehicle, I highly recommend Quality Auto.
