This was my go to pharmacy for years but sadly the last few times I've been through here the people have been extremely rude or short and there constantly out of my medication and it's not a weird one either just basic asthma controller medication I've waited almost 2 weeks for my prescription with them telling me every day it will be in tomorrow's truck. But as soon as I reached out to another pharmacy they had it in stock with no delay and I was able to pick it up very disappointed in the service here I don't know what there doing differently but it needs to be fixed

I’m writing this review because every month my prescription is called in to Meijer pharmacy I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my prescription because they say they don’t have it on the shelf whichThen makes it where I’m sick by the time I do get my medication I think it is wrong I have to go through this every month do to the pharmacist lack of medication supply I could understand if it happens once or twice but every month is unacceptable. I have been very polite and patient hoping things will change but they don’t then when I say something to the pharmacist they are rude and nasty. and have smart comments that has to do with the medication I’m on that keeps me in recovery like I’m still a drug addict I don’t appreciate it and I find it very unprofessional and I would not recommend this pharmacy

Meijer! I was excited to finally switch my prescriptions to your pharmacy because of the mperks rewards. I must say first impression is NOT impressed, unfortunately ?. Here I sit waiting 2 hours after I already talked to someone on the phone, my script is still not ready! The Pharmacy Tech was not polite and left her customer service skills elsewhere today apparently.

Tuesday 912, 2023 at about 1:25 PM. Felicia was taking care of the drive-through. We waited almost 10 minutes for her to get to us and we were the second car. She knew the person in the car head of her and talked on and on and on about her kids. There were two cars behind us that left after waiting..

The quality of produce has completely tanked...moldy peppers...rotten oranges...brown lettuce (bagged). It's a sad day when Walmart produce is better than Meijer.

What a s*** show. I went to transfer my wife’s prescriptions there from a prior pharmacy out of town. I went there with my wife’s insurance card and drivers license. The girl took all the information about the other pharmacy and said that she didn’t need the other information until we picked up. The next day I went in and the first girl didn’t do anything with the transfer. New girl took all the information and said we can do the insurance when we pick up. Day 3 I stopped by and still no record of anyone doing the transfer.Was told they would take care of it. Drove 58 miles each way to old pharmacy. Talked to them to transfer prescriptions to this location. Finally got the call the prescriptions were ready. Went in and was told that they put it in the system as cash since they never saw an insurance card had to change that over. Plus being on insurance it only covers 30 days not 90 and that had to be changed over also. Now I’m wandering the store waiting for them to fix what could’ve been prevented if the took all the information and followed through correctly to begin with. May have to find another pharmacy.
