I'm a member of another credit union but I use Vibe's ATMs on occasion as I don't pay fees there.Vibe Credit Union has an excellent building on Coolidge Highway with easy access to the tidy parking lot and a drive thru. The drive-thru ATM is located to the back of the building, providing a sheltered spot to perform your banking without everyone on the street noticing. That bit of privacy matters a great deal.The building is tidy, the ATM works great, and the facilities are neat and fairly new. Vibe also participates throughout Berkley in various community ventures, which means a lot. I appreciate them sponsoring or showing up for parades and being an institution that cares about the city.

I first met with Daniel Barzart here a while ago to open an account. I must say that Daniel had excellent customer service skills and I find this credit union to be much better than Bank Of America. Daniel Barzart deserves a raise and a promotion.

Vibe credit union is a really good bank system the bank teller’s is always ready to assist you with you every day banking needs from personal loans, credit cards , mortgage loans and more I love how customers had a say in how the credit union works for them to Vibe your not just a customer your part of the team like family.

Always helpful-whether on phone, app, or in person. Yesterday, I was notified instantly by text that a charge was being presented to my account. Vibe wanted to confirm. It was a potential highjack so I did not authorize and Vibe declined the charge. I then spoke by phone with the 1-800 number. Also helpful and friendly. I was advised that my debit card was compromised and that I needed a new one.Then I went to a customer service Vibe place In Berkley. I was treated like royalty. Thanks, Andrea! I received my new debit card instantly. In sum, 3 different Vibe encounters and each one was quick efficient and friendly!

After being a member for over a decade I'm leaving this institution. Fraud 3 times, called a liar by customer service and supervisors who support their employees when trying to file complaint. Possibly the worst service I've ever experienced. Never once any sort of apology. "noted" was the response I received from a manager! After being sent to the wrong employee voicemail where I left a complaint, it was then forwarded by the coworker so the employee in question could call me! Apparently there is no confidential voicemail here either. lo of accounts

Maya was the teller who quickly arranged the meeting between me and an associate . Marie helped us clarify what we were trying to do and did it be expediently. Could not have service that's any better at all. This is the third member that has provided exceptional service and that is what I know I can expect and we'll get from every member at this Bank including the tellers

I have been a member, beginning at Telcom CU, since 1971. Both credit unions have offered exceptional service; because of that I have never had a bank account. Zero fees can't be beat!

I’m done here. Switching most of my banking to anywhere else. They have blocked my credit twice now. Both were over disputes so I get it for 30-45 days but no, they blocked it the first time for a year and the second is going on two months. Absolutely ridiculous. The longest a dispute should take is 45 days not 60. I even told them the first time I talked to them if they couldn’t just refund it without a dispute I would eat the cost of the charges but they went ahead and disputed the charges anyway. Absolute joke.
