Love the coaches and other members at Berkley! Each session I am supported and pushed throughout the workout and leave feeling amazing. So glad I found this place, I’m getting closer to my goals and having fun in the process!

My team and I came here for on site experience because we are in the process of opening our very own Fit Body Boot Camp in Shawnee OK. The team here at Berkley FBBC are amazing! The members and clients were awesome to workout with and ask questions! Definitely give this place a go if you are looking for a change not only physically but mentally!

The coaches are motivating and knowledgeable about exercises that require modifications for joint issues. I am always greeted with a smile and called by first name. Love the friends I have made and overall motivation this Bootcamp provides me.

If you are looking for an awesome, inclusive, fun, place to work out THIS IS IT!FBBC is an fantastic place, the coaches are knowledgeable, fun and they push you and motivate you, no matter your fitness level you’ll feel challenged in every class.The classes are always different so you’ll never ever get boring. They have always different activities, challenges , and fundraising going on. This not only a gym, this is a community and a family.And a side note is that you won’t ever struggle with finding parking when you go to workout which I definitely think is great!So happy and proud of being part of FBBC

Berkley FBBC has a tremendous staff of trainers who design challenging HIIT-style workouts. Workouts are offered mornings and evenings Monday through Friday and are 30 minutes long. One of the best features of workouts is that trainers offer alternatives to differentiate for people who may have difficulty with some moves.

I’ve been coming to FBBC since September and it’s the best workout facility with the best people I’ve ever found. I always feel welcome when I walk through the door and they push me to be the best I can be. The coaches are fantastic and the workouts are the perfect setup for any skill level!

FBBC is very welcoming and non-intimidating and the coaches are super supportive! The workouts are adjustable so everyone can work at their own pace without feeling like they have to keep up with anyone else. Every day is a different workout so you are constantly challenging different muscle groups and it is never boring. I love this place!

I love Berkley Fit Body! The coaches are amazing and encourage you to really push yourself. It is an amazing environment with great people! I look forward to waking up and working out! The 6 week challenge is a great way to learn the nutrition in addition to the workouts!
