Stopped for a grill. There was only one price tag on the grill. When rung up it was $50 dollars more then the tag said. Went back to check and again no other price tag but the one we saw And they would not honor the price. So they lost the sale and we Will not return

When I arrived a female employee was out in the parking lot helping a woman size up a dead battery for replacement. When I left she was out in the parking lot helping me look for my keys.(I should know her name.) 2 days later I returned a chainsaw chain without a receipt but they tracked down the sale via the rewards program and I was able to get a full refund. Idiots like me need the excellent Tractor Supply employees. Thank you

Stopped in this Sunday morning (Mother’s Day) to fill both my 30 lb propane tanks for my camper. The gentleman was fast, personable, and knew his stuff! Excellent price, too.

I was visiting the area and my husband had to stop in for some supplies. The baby chicks were there and I am super interested in getting chickens soon. There was a wonderful employee, Misty, that is incredibly knowledgeable. She personally raises poultry and shared so much knowledge with me, and pointed out good products in the store that would help make it easier to care for them. Misty was so kind to share her experiences with me. It is not often you get a neighborly home town feel when shopping in any establishment these days. TSC, hang on to Misty, she is great!

Instead of driving to Traverse City to save money, I decided to shop local and went to TSC-Benzonia to get some bags of dirt for my garden. No bags outside the building so I went inside and was told that they haven't been able to get soil for months and that "nobody can get it". I wasn't aware of the "soil shortage" so left. On a whim stopped at the tanning salon/smoke shop/garden center a mile away and purchased 40 bags of Scott's Topsoil--exactly what I needed. They had 14 different kinds of bagged soil (pallets full). Surprising that a place called Tractor Supply can't get dirt, but a smoke shop can.

After shopping at tractor supply for years ,this is the 3rd tire that blew and yes the bearing is good but they not only would not help but they were also rude ,that is over 300.00 in a few months on tires and i will never shop at a tractor supply again,i will go to Blains from now on and save more money.p.s. i called the customer solutions and that was a huge joke,do not bother calling them! Shop elsewhere!!!!!

Pretty disappointed. I purchased several shirts and pants on "Clearance" in the store, they are priced "20% off lowest ticketed price". The shirts rang-up $14.97 after discounts. Then, when I checked online, the TSC website has them priced at $7.99 “available only in store". On my last visit I showed the representative running the checkout that they are supposed to be $7.99, not $14.97, showing him the TSC website for his, the Benzonia, Michigan store and told him I had bought 5, so this isn't right. He rolled his eyes, said "yeah, you got a good price" and walked away. So, he obviously, knowingly cheated me out of about $35. Won't be shopping here in the future.

I can't believe the customer service here. I have never experienced the level of 'above and beyond' that I received from Darin at Tractor Supply Benzonia. If I weren't already a guaranteed return customer, nothing would stop me now. Thanks Darin!
