I bought a Certified Cadillac XT4 from this dealer, and being Certified I thought it was fully inspected ,,,,wrong ! The first rain and the back seat was soaking wet, inspected it further and found mold under the back seat and carpet. Took it in and they had it for close to a month and said they put In a new seat and all new carpet, I have doubts about that because of the smell that it has now. Now they Check engine light keeps going on and off, the sunroof works about 1 out of 10 times you try to use it. when setting the cruise sometimes it will jump up 10 miles per hour over the set speed ! From time to time it won't start. I made them aware of the new problems and ask for them to buy it back and they said the would give me trade In price as of now , so that means they are going to do nothing. I have been waiting for a call with an appraisal and as of now no call, not surprised ! Unbelievably POOR way to do business.

My recent experience at Labadie Buick GMC in Bay City was deeply disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my story as a cautionary tale about their subpar mechanical inspection process and deceptive sales tactics. My salesperson, Chuck, was friendly and informed me that the Jeep had previously belonged to one of their staff members. Multiple individuals assured me that the previous owner had been "very meticulous" and had taken excellent care of the vehicle. Chuck also claimed that certified mechanics had thoroughly inspected it and found no issues. When I asked about the need for new tires, Chuck insisted that it was unnecessary. To prepare for future tire replacements, I requested the tire size, which Chuck provided. I cross-verified the information on Belle Tire's website and, trusting Chuck's expertise, believed that tire replacement wasn't an immediate concern, assuming the provided tire size was accurate.Once my Jeep was delivered, I took it for a quick spin around the block, I immediately noticed trouble with the brakes, nearly resulting in a collision with another vehicle. I decided to have the wheels inspected at a conveniently located Belle Tire near my home. Approximately an hour later, I received a call informing me that the tire size provided by the dealership was incorrect and that my tires were actually a year older than the car. They urgently needed replacement, with each tire's cost escalating from $171 to $291. Additionally, the timeline for replacement changed from non-immediate to immediate, as the tire tread measured only 2/32 of an inch, which is considered illegal to drive in Michigan. Faced with no choice, I authorized the tire replacement. The following day, Belle Tire called once again. They reported that my brakes were completely worn out, with a bent caliper resulting in improper functioning and causing one of the brake pads to wear off entirely. The situation had reached a dangerous metal-on-metal state, rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive. The Belle Tire representative expressed shock, saying, "This vehicle should not have been sold in this condition by the dealership; it's dangerous, even for a test drive."Clearly, Labadie Buick GMC had not conducted a thorough evaluation of the vehicle. It was frustrating to uncover these issues, given my trust in their expertise and expectation of a reliable and fully functional car.Carefully reviewing the purchase contract, I discovered that the listed sales price had been altered, increasing from $23,786 to $24,460. They surreptitiously added $674 to the purchase price, subjecting me to additional taxes on that amount. I acknowledge that I should have been more vigilant and noticed this discrepancy, but with numerous other fees involved, it was challenging to pinpoint at the time. Undisclosed additional costs of this nature felt nothing short of a rip-off.When I confronted Chuck about the inflated price, he attributed it to a "dealership" fee of $930. However, his explanation failed to justify the added fees, further confirming the deceptive and mistreating practices employed by Labadie Buick GMC.The final bill from Belle Tire amounted to $2,329.41. Furthermore, the undisclosed changes to the contract's purchase price resulted in a loss of $714, including tax. Consequently, my total loss due to misplaced trust in Labadie Buick GMC in Bay City amounted to $3,043.41.Overall, my experience at Labadie Buick GMC in Bay City left me immensely dissatisfied. Their inadequate mechanical inspection process led to unexpected repairs and inconveniences shortly after my purchase. The undisclosed additional costs, despite discussing them with Chuck, felt deceitful and unethical. Moreover, Chad, the manager, never responded to my calls or offered any form of apology or reimbursement for the issues or the deceptive behavior of his staff. To prospective buyers considering Labadie Buick GMC, I strongly recommend conducting a thorough inspection with an independent mechanic before finalizing any purchase. Santino and Elvis and everyone else did everything they possibly could to get me a great deal and a great car!! The whole crew there are absolutly the best. They're friendly, fair and don't try to bulldoze you into getting extra stuff you don't need just so they can make a buck. It was a fabulous experience for me as a first time car buyer and I'm so glad I had the good fortune to come here and meet these guys! I will never forget this! Just do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a new or used car go there. You will not regret it. They're awesome

Drove 2 hours from Ann Arbor to the dealership. WOW !!! Just now reading through these negative reviews, I'm in the process of buying what appears to be a nice truck, we'll see how tomorrow ( May 24th) goes with the purchase order, hoping my experience is a positive one. When an owner of a business takes customer service seriously, when they are fair and display integrity and honesty, it shows and customers tell dozens of their friends. When there is a lack of integrity, sneaky little tricks of the trade, thousands hear about. It just makes sense from a business standpoint, treat people with honesty and show your that you have integrity and it pays 10 fold. Hoping for a positive experience. For the moment I'm going to rate it with a 1 star, we'll see how it all plays out.

If you want to be treated poorly then go to this dealership. I have never experienced anything like this in my years of purchasing vehicles. I found exactly what I was looking for via online searching at this dealer. It was the Make, Model, Year, Color etc., I wanted. I reached out to inquire about it and was greeted by a quick response from a gal named Tiffany Briggs. She let me know the vehicle was still on the lot and she could send me an application to complete via email and that once I completed it make sure I picked Elvis Machul the Business Manager and he would get back to me. I also sent the Vin number to my trade in as well as pictures to Tiffany. Well, I next received a video message from a Tom Munger who asked me to connect with him. I called him and he had no idea about the vehicle I was interested in or me sending information to Elvis. I then received a text message from Duriel Mask who asked if I could give him a call. I let him know I was in a training for several days but could call around lunch time. I reached out to him and he let me know the low ball offer they were going to give me on my trades, almost $5,000 below book. When I explained that even their own website quoted me higher I let him know I was no longer interested. He then had the gall to say to me in a nasty tone; "We are a for profit dealership and we are going to make money off our customers, what do you expect". I again told him no thanks to squash the deal. In no time I received a call back from him letting me know they upped the value of my vehicle and what would I like to do as "this is the best your going to get". I thought ok lets go for it and let him know I wanted to get a complete breakdown of what payments, interest etc would be. One day passed and a message came through from what I later found out was a Chad Foster Used Car manager wanting to talk with me. Thank goodness he left his number because he did not leave his name. I left him a voice message and no response. No response from Duriel Mask either. Reach out to Tom Munger again and left him a message, nothing. Called Chad Foster again and left him another message...nothing from him. I reached out multiple times during all the days I was calling to Tiffany. She let me know the deal was ready for me to sign. I left her know I know nothing about the deal as no one will tell me what the payments etc. will be. She sent me the breakdown sheet of both vehicle and WOW they included a $904.00 dollar document fee. That is crazy I told Tiffany. The most I will pay is $75.00 for a doc fee when the person doing it is already being paid to push a few buttons, that the $904.00 is price gouging to the consumer. Told her it has now been almost 6 days and still no calls from anyone. She stated that they have tried to call me but it goes to voicemail. Let her know I was in a training and that now one has left me a voicemail. She sent me an email letting me know that Elvis Machul would be "calling you shortly". Asked for his direct line as I wanted to reach out to him. I called him twice and never heard a work back from him. I cannot believe the neglect to a consumer that so many at a dealership would do. No customer services at all. They ignored me and not one person had the b***ls to call me back or even try to negotiate a deal. They not only represent Labadie, but also GMC. So my advice is run, run as fast as you can from this place that provides no customer services. If I owned this dealership I would go through and clean house firing people.

Worst experience ever in my life with a dealership, especially Cadillac. They had my car for 7 hours and didn't even look at it and this was after they rescheduled my appointment from Friday to Monday. I didn't have a car to leave work as they were suppose to have it back to me by 2:15 p.m. Definitely won't be back.

They never stop trying to get money out of you. Lousy service. I was hung up on 4 times. They lost my phone number twice. If you can afford to pay the maximum for everything and don't care about service this is your place.

I took my Camry there to be fixed when a tree limb fell on it. My service advisor was Joe D. They did a great job fixing it. I could have taken it to many other shops to do the work but I am glad I selected Labadie. The car looks like new and they went above and beyond to handle every detail. They exceeded my expectations and I am a very happy customer! Thank you Joe!

Great experience with Chuck and Randy at Labadie. I drove a couple hours to see a vehicle and they had it ready to go with the keys waiting. Ended up purchasing the truck. Great customer service.

Went in for a oil change with no appt and was told there was a recall I didn’t know about and it would take a extra 40-45 minutes. I was in and out in a surprisingly quick hour and was very happy with the service.

Not worth your time! This dealership is as unprofessional as it gets. I was on my way to the dealership to pick up a used car that I was in the process of purchasing. I had been working with Duriel, one of the salesmen, who left me under the impression that the car was mine - all paperwork was finalized, all I had left to do was arrive with a check, sign my name and drive the car off the lot. I was a few minutes away when I received a call from the salesman that another customer had come in with cash (same price), and they sold it to him. When I spoke to the sales manager about the situation, he said, "He was here, you weren't." This dealership, and the salesmen, are as slimy and greasy as they come, and it should be avoided if you're looking to *actually* purchase a vehicle.
