Went in at least 4 times with anaphylaxis. Every time I wasn't listened to. They did an ekg and treated me as heart patient even when I said it was after I had a certain fruit. This kept happening to me until I could get into an allergist, and it was confirmed I had many food allergies. Thanks a lot for gaslighting me and acting like I'm a hypochondriac when you are all ignorant and incompetent= malpractice.
Also the male at intake who did the ekg just said "take your clothes off" and let me lay there with no shirt on as a female with no gown. Disgusting experience.

My daughter went in with stomach pain was seen right away had MRI got results quickly and was on our way quickest visit to a ER ever.

The people that saw me were great and helped me with the right directions for my mental health. They gave me a list of places that accept my insurance and highlighted all of what I needed to do. Thanks to them I have my first therapy visit on Monday and am so grateful.

My wife took our son today and Dr. Franklin was absurdly rude and condescending towards her when we were trying to get our son taken care of in the ER. The doctor admitted he assumed wrong when we were telling him where he went before hand and even after he admittedly had been in the wrong the entire time he continued to be rude and would not apologize or change his condescending tone. Very unprofessional and rude.

Awesome staff, everyone is super friendly and professional. I love having a location near my home, as I'm a patient at their Midland campus. Very convenient!

I received excellent and thorough care in the ER; in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and respectful. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism.

Had great experience there with female Drs.. all male Drs don't care and make you feel stupid. Especially Dr walker.

I went on Saturday for Abdominal pain
Nurse said I was 5 months pregnant did an ultrasound and no baby or heart beat but view my cyst it was circle by my tube but still told me 17 weeks also she was rude I do not look 5 months pregnant

This is the only ER I will be using from now on. The staff were amazing last night with my 3 year old son. From the triage nurse skipping with him back to the room and finding a cartoon for him to watch to Dr Greig agreeing with what I knew he needed, I can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you for giving me a place to be heard and not just seen.

Don’t waste your time with the NP and her staff here! Get a GOOD doctor or NP elsewhere. I already had a GREAT one in place, not expecting to go that route so soon. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE, especially if you need prompt and decent care. So very disappointed!!

Beautiful building. Took 3 hours to get into a room. Dr saw my husband. Been an hour and we are still sitting here. No one has come in and said hey sorry it’s taking so long or anything. Staff has been friendly. It’s as though they weren’t built for an ER full of people.

Very unprofessional doctor he acted I was contagious I wasn’t like Covid or anything sick I came in to see if I had a blood clot in my leg because I’m pregnant and it seemed off he gave off the vibe he was very agianst African Americans. I don’t think it’s right to pick and choose what illness to handle I came there in pain pretty much told me he don’t wanna do no unnecessary workups go to my reg doctor. I will not be here agian I shouldn’t feel like I’m bothering them by me checking on my baby and health .all the other nurses and doctors are very good and nice when I came here only one I do not recommend is dr Chan!
