They charged my card 18 times for the same purchase and said they can’t do anything about it. I’m guessing she is a manager but a lady named Nichol came to help and did nothing except anger me more. She told me it’s been happening to customers and I asked why the staff isnt stopping people from using their cards and she said well they were for a bit.Bunch of thieves as far as I’m concerned.

They don’t actually open at 7. They open at 8 and won’t talk to you a minute before let alone let you simply drop off a prepaid package.

a few days ago there was an elderly woman entering the store I work with older adults and she needed a scooter three teenagers were using them and management was stand at the far entrance by the pharmacy and I watched her walk in they said she asked several times if she could use a wheelchair and she ended up walking out of the store back to her vehicle not being able to shop due to no wheel chair access horrible to see

The pharmacy is the worst. Customer satisfaction is bottom on their list of priorities. Removing all my prescriptions from this pharmacy. Will not ever use meijer again.

This is a horrible Pharmacy! Scripts are never ready when they say they are. They hang up on you. Extremely rude and short employees with customers. You can call and ask if your scripts are ready and get told they are ready only to get there and there's a couple missing. You get text messages saying your scripts already when they are not. It's a travesty that place.

Bottle return was not supervised and I assumed it was being ran like Beckley Rd. Store. My bad for that obviously. Masks are optional at that bottle return location I guess. When I asked a employee that did wander through today he said they are not staffed well enough for someone to be overseeing bottle returns. I get it but if you are not ok with no masks, don’t go there.
