After reopening changes were made to the way they operate. When you arrive you order your meal from a kiosk, grab your drink from a self-service machine, and then take a seat. When your food is ready someone will deliver it to your table. This was very efficient! The manager also walked around checking on people. We are so happy to have SnS back!

Food was actually pretty good this time. Most of the time their food is subpar for me. But i tried their fry seasoning for the first time and it makes everything taste so much better, even the cheese sauce. I also kind of like their new setup.

Restaurant was good. Just got shakes this visit - they were awesome (except for paper straws that don’t work and become flimsy very quickly. ) Also, they would not mix shake flavors - some do - nothing special -just wanted chocolate/banana.

Literally sat AT THE SPEAKER for over 15 minutes WITHOUT our order being taken. Not to mention the wait before we got to the speaker. When we finally got a response they said the manager told them to stop taking orders at the drive through for now. WHAT? and you couldn't tell us this? Just said that we'd still have to wait. I have patience but that is just insane.

Why can't orders be double checked before giving them to the customer? With my order, I paid for 2 orders of cheese for our fries. I asked the drive thru person when he handed me the bag if the cheese was in the bag? He told me if you ordered it, then it's there! I wasn't comfortable with the answer so pulled around and pulled everything out of the bag. All eight food items were there but no cheese sauce! I had to go back around through the drive thru to reorder my cheese sauce. Why is it they just don't care? No I'm sorry for the missing cheese or so for the inconvenience.

I'm disappointed that they don't use real plates and silverware and cups they have no way to seen whatsoever you have to go up to a kiosk to place your order then you don't know whether or not you get it right they need to go back to the old ways I've haven't real played real silverware real glasses and waitressing

No more chocolate cokes drops my rating to a 3. That was my number 1 reason for liking this place. ? and no salt on the fries. Burger hasn’t changed though.

If I could give this a zero I would it was bad burgers sucked Nothing tasted good and the worst part about it was the bugs in my shake and I know they where bugs bc I got a vanilla shake wich aloud me to see them better just disgusting SMH

We ordered 8 meals— the pickup window double checked our order and it was perfect! Food was hot, fries we right amount of salt and everyone was happy! Couldn’t ask for more! Just over $50 and we can’t get Steak ‘N Shake in Maryland-so this was an excellent treat when we come this way!

My onion rings were good. They actually charge for their sauce and when they give it to u its like the tiniest little bit they can give u, not worth 31 cents just for like a single dip of sauce. And the lady there was totally rude, was pretty shocked. Dont ask for anything or its apparently the biggest burden u could put on them- so yeah, improve ur service and sauce and maybe I wouldnt have to rate this a 2.
