I ordered a break booster an the wrong one came in so I took the old one up so they can see it an they still got the wrong one !!! 3 times an 2 weeks an still can't find the correct part

Service is borderline especially when it involves ordering online. Items 'in stock' according to the website are not instock in the store. Then refunds are needed but CCAP has managed to screw that up also. The manager blames ONLINE services for all problems. I don't care who is at fault - if I order something and told to pick it up and then I have to go somewhere else anyway, I will just go somewhere else anyway. I will use when there are no better options of equal value in price, quality and warranty . Oh, and by the way, NAPA will remove critical reviews posted on their website to make people think they more perfect than is actually true.

What ever you do, don't pick up online orders at this store. Three times, three issues. The last one, although online said in stock - it was not. They said they would give me a credit and to give them the card it was charged to. It was charged to paypal online. So they said they would give me cash. They did. HOWEVER, they turned around and added a second charge to the order to paypal so I still ended up paying for something I never received. Plus, the order online and ready in 30 minutes - this is also the second time it was NOT ready in over an hour before I arrived and I had to wait while they pulled the parts.I will still order NAPA, just ship to address from the Illinois warehouse and leave Cereal City out of it.
