Never answer phone calls. Always back door pairs to people who give the employees lots of money. Just a terrible place to buy shoes.

I couldn’t find the pair of shoes I was looking for, so I asked one of the workers (Her name was McKenzie). McKenzie told me to get on her shoulders and then ran to the next nearest finish line while I was on her shoulders just to find my shoes. Amazing service

The experience was ok. The staff did speak from behind the counter when I entered but continued on their cell phone while I browsed. I had to walk up to counter with the shoe to ask them if they could go check in the back for my size.
