I purchased an Odyssey putter for $150.It did not have a putter cover. The store manager scot said they don't come with the clubs. So I called two other golf supply houses both of them said the covers come with them. One of the store Members that did try to help me said they throw them away quite often. It cost $20 for an Odyssey cover.You would think they would at least try to help with the cost.

Scott the store manager was the most unprofessional gentleman man I have ever tried to buy merchandise from! Had to wait for someone to come back to the firearm section, and when he actually did my phone rang, I said hold on one sec( it was my mother who has been having health problems)I'd like to tell her I can't talk right now. So in that same breath he replies well then I can't help you right now since I'm the only manager on the floor and proceeded to walk away. I replied I only wanna tell her I can't talk right now and I could get back to looking to purchase the merchandise I came in to shop for. But he was in such a rush it was to late he had already walked from behind the counter and proceeded to walk away. So I unstood that that was not who I wanted to be dealing with for my purchase and asked his name and told him I would be leaving a poor review on his unprofessional sales attitude, mind you right off the rip he tells me I can't answer any firearm questions as per "he is not a gun person" ?

All XL football glove sets only had 1 glove in them, not much of a selection. The only adidas gloves on the website they had in the store and the worker told me that it was not the same gloves.

Store looks nice, has a decent selection. However, if you're able to find someone who works there, they're not trained, not knowledgeable about the items they sell ,and don't seem to care all that much.
