We picked up our rental this morning and at first we were very impressed. But, upon further inspection we noticed chunks of the tire missing! We called and were told we could come exchange it. The exchange was a huge downgrade and not what we wanted! Yes, it had the same number of seats but it had no where near the space or seating options!Of course when I tried calling to address the disappointment they didn't answer per usual.Now that they're closed we get to waste time and go to Kalamazoo to hopefully exchange for what we originally rented!Absolutely ridiculous!!!

They do not answer their phone; they let it go to automated system. Drive down to the rental property, and there they are sitting at the desk. Very poor customer service!

WARNING DO NOT USE! Prepaid 500 dollars for a full size sedan for 6 days. All indicators showed green lights. I wait and go to pick up my rental at the time I reserved. They didn't have my reserved car. As a matter of fact they didn't have any cars at the time. I assumed that's what a reservation was for. Then they tell me if I return I'll get a free upgrade and can receive my rental. I leave and return an hour and a half later as instructed. They run my info and tell me debit card works for the deposit/hold to finalize the process. He then states I'm denied not from a balance in the account issue but due to credit. No where in fine print did it state credit requirements. Then I ask to get my money and get told he can't do anything. I have to go online and call the customer service line to ask for a refund. My credit score is high 600s (680+) this was a nightmare. And now I'm stuck last minute trying to patch the holes this created in my plans. I would not recommend. I didn't feel taken care of from the start of my interaction to the moment I left.

I would definitely recommend Budget Car Rental in Battle Creek! Amber is amazing! She helped me out every step of the way; including several times I've had to call and extend my rental. She made my experience as easy and cheap as possible! Including allowing me to use their phone (mine was dead) to call my credit card company customer service line. Thanks again Amber! You're THE BEST! I'll definitely be using Budget Car Rental for any possible future rentals!!!

Went to pick up my rental today. The man at the counter was not friendly at all and was rude. I did not have a credit card to pay for the vehicle even though I’ve always used my debit card at this location. The man told me I should probably stop renting cars because I don’t have a credit card. Rude. Don’t recommend. Easily went to enterprise and was in and out with my debit card payment.

Amazing Service The lady working in this office is Great informative helpful so nice. Wonderful cars and SUVs I drive an extra 30 minutes to rent from this location because the best is worth the drive

Prices not bad but every car I’ve got, was still dirty inside. Like couldn’t have been cleaned out. Found a bag of weed 1 minute after getting in the car one time. I’ve made reservations and when I get there, they have nothing available. That’s happened 3 times.

This is my 2nd issue this month, they will book you a luxury car, have you pay up front, when you get there to pick up reservation, the lady laughs & said there's no cars, a minivan or Ford Fiesta might be available later, then 4 days after not getting car had to call for refund &was treated horrible, I'm done it's not like you have anything to offer anyways
