Wife called car needed oil. European automobiles needed specific fluids. I checked all the auto parts stores in the area and autozone is the only store that had the correct oil. I placed a order online for pickup. Order was ready when I arrived, sign and go.

I have lately visited this store often. I have received excellent service from an employee named Kendra. She goes the extra mile to make sure you get the correct items and everything you need.
Awesome employee. This Autozone is highly recommended.

The young lady working the counter in pennfield is a complete joy to deal with. She went out of her way to make sure you get what you need. Excellent customer service.

We had a dead battery and the manager took the time to put in a new battery and even busted up her hand making sure we got our car taken care of! She did an amazing job, it was such a pain in the butt to get to the battery, but she took care of us! We greatly appreciate what she did for us!

Purchased a $253 battery for my 2018 Buick Enclave, and he could not install it, Said he needed 5 hands and did far more than allowed. Ok, retuned the battery,went to Napa, in Athens.Installed in 5 minutes,$169, with a $20 rebate. Glad he was clueless,I benefited $100.

My daughter brought her lug nut and lug key with her to purchase 4 lug nuts and 4 lug studs first time the associate sold her the wrong lug nuts all together then after she went back to exchange them the associate sold her some different ones they diddnt bother to check to see if the key fit nor did they suggest a matching key. After traveling back two times 20 miles each the associate steven indicated to her that it was unfortunate and that she could return them. Otherwise she could call back and talk to manager on sat.two days from nowVERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEINEXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES

Do not buy batteries from AutoZone had 3 sets go bad in 2 years and the 2 year warranty only starts when you get the first set. So they get away with selling you bad batteries that they eventually don't have to replace. The district manager will not help one bit and treats you like you are the one destroying the batteries.

every time I go to this location I am not impressed!! the staff barely looks up from their phones to see you and you tell them what you looking for and they say no don't got it!!

Staff at the store are always extremely helpful. AZ prices are very good, and there's always good value. It is AMAZING how many parts are in stock at any time, and most special orders only take a day or two. Help with some installations is a big bonus!
