DO NOT USE ISTORAGE!!!
This is an awful company. Besides the extreme difficulty when trying to talk to a real human being, this company has raised my rental rate by over 25% in less than a year!!! NEVER was the possibility of my rate being increased ever mentioned when doing the paperwork! I rent three units (my folks passed away and I didn't want to just throw away everything from their 95 years of existence and I moved to a new residence) and that is a substantial amount of money!!! They know that they have you in a bind and they take advantage of that to the nth degree!!! Worse is that I contacted them about this questionable business practice and they never got back to me!!! Protect yourself, your money and your belongings and DO NOT use IStorage!!!
