Good Morning,I took my vehicle in on 4/19 at 8:10 am and it was completed by 4:30. I pickup the vehicle and the PCS(Pre-Collision System) was not operable at all. I called and they asked me to bring it back on Saturday morning( my day off). I returned to the store for recalibration and was told they would recalibrate. Waited about an hour. They said I was all set. Drove it back home and the PCS System not operable again. This is an extreme safety issue. I called back and spoke with Kelliie and she re-assured me that someone would call me back on 4/20. I heard nothing as of 3:30 so I called and spoke with her again and she said she would call me back by the end of the day. No call received. This is totally unacceptable. I will need to go to a different location to get this resolved. My advice STAY AWAY from this facility. They are the worst. No follow up and it's 7 days after the initial install

I was in today to have my back glass replaced on my 2014 town and county van. The technician did a fantastic job, and was extremely courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to come here again if needed. Great job and Thank You!

Please stay away from this location, I was a trainee here at this location, they always mess up on peoples cars, and try to fix it rather being honest with the customers, and when they fix the problem they always say, “ hopefully they don’t have this car in 5 years or less because it’s going to become noticeable”, then it’s this one coworker that always says, “well not my problem because I won’t be here for too long, they are disgusting at the Auburn Hills location. Everyone from the manager, District trainerto the in shop lead, is dysfunctional. Go there at your own risk.

Came to get my windshield replaced. They did a great job and took their time to remove the rust around the windshield. It took over an hour longer than expected because of the rust. I just wish they would've given me a heads up about the longer wait time once they realized it would take 2.5 hours.

The previous company Henderson Glass did some repair work on my car's windshield and in about a year, I'm seeing that a crack is starting to appear now from that repair. I reached out to Safelite AutoGlass and apparently the warranty's under the previous company are not being honored, what a bummer! Didn't expect this from the industry leaders in glass (Safelite)!

This place is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! The new manager is getting this place back into shape. I had a gasket problem with my window that was fixed back in January. He was happy to try what they could to fix it. Don't listen to the reviews from 3 months ago. Great customer service is back. They are ready to serve now. ???

It was super easy to make an appointment through my car insurance provider. I dropped my car off for a windshield replacement about 10 minutes before my appointment slot time, and my car was ready within an hour. The front desk employees were really friendly, they had a variety of snack and drink options in the waiting area, and I was surprised at how quick and easy the whole process was. I had a great experience, and I'm happy to have a crack-free windshield again!

I missed my drop off window by 7 minutes, and they were absolutely unwilling to work with me on that. Sure, I was late by 7 minutes and I accept that, but I figured you would want my money enough to at least work me in, especially considering it was a drop off and pick up at the end of the day, not even a set appointment. Maybe I'll come back, maybe I won't. Two stars because at least the girl at the front desk, well completely not flexible, said so with a smile on her face.

My insurance told me to go through them. They couldn't find my key in the Dropbox first. Then they called and said that they can't even do the windshield because I have a light bar that blocks it. Any jeep owners know how often we have to replace our windshield and the light bar has never been in issue at other places.

I have spent 30 years in the quality and customer service profession , I have to say I have never in my years encountered such an unprofessional office staff , horrible scheduling system , and failures from the main safelite central office .1 - when a customer enters the building , stand up great then ask how they are …. I felt like I was inconveniencing the desk jockey , more interested in filling and eating the snacks in the bowl and her cell phone than assuring we were being looked after !2 - I was 5 minutes late for my appointment time and it was cancelled , after multiple emails from safelite a call from the office in which I confirmed the 9:00 am appointment , I get cancelled for being 5 minutes past 9:00 due to road construction.3- I was told the vehicle would be ready early afternoon , I attempted to call at 4:00 to confirm it was ready , could not get anyone to answer the phone , I then proceeded to call the 1877 corporate number …. After the 10 minutes of telephone prompts I reached a human ( Nik ) who did his best to help me … he called the store … multiple times while I waited … actually refused to hang up until he reached someone …. He never did , he told me he will keep trying and would call me back with an update …. Never got a call . … we were told at 9:00 am by the desk jockey at the auburn hills office they close at 5:00 .. it was not 4:45 so we drove to the office to get our completed vehicle to find as we were pulling in they were just pulling the truck in to start it …. ( appointment was booked 2 weeks in advance ) …. When I went in and ask the awesome ladies behind they desk smiled with glee that they were about to start and I could either go find something to do or sit in the wait room for 2 hours for them to replace my windshield … I asked why was I not called … she responded my phone has not rang all day ..: I kindly told them stop don’t do anything bring me my truck I was leaving … she actually asked me if I wanted to reschedule ( did I mention you had my vehicle all day ….4 - when I went outside to get my truck the technician asked why I was not getting the windshield put in .. I said you have had Al day and I have to get going … he informed me he was from another office and AH had call offs today and were way behind … I asked why did no one call me … he said sir they should have I don’t know why they didn’t ….Why does safelite AH feel they can treat customers in this way . Not value the customers time , not value their presence …. Why does the desk jockey not understand it is is the customer paying her salary to sit in a chair answer the phone eat chocolate and play on her phone while I stand waiting to be served , why do I have to book two weeks in advance , leave my truck for the day and still not have a cracked windshield fixed …. How can safelite corporate allow franchises like this to destroy their brand name , why does your staffing issue result in me not having my windshield fixed ?Just for the record , I am also a writer with many articles published on customer service and 5 star service , I also do periodic speaking engagements …. I promise you I will not forget this experience and at every opportunity I get this case study , place and name will be at the forefront of examples of companies who fail to even meet the basics of service … for this I thank you for the content , I am sure I will profit from the absolute worst service I have ever experienced !

The technician was a half hour late because he was out helping a different client. I understand things come up, but at least try to make sure a tech is in the shop for a customer with a scheduled appointment. Also would have been nice if the front desk told me he's a bit delayed vs just letting me sit there for a half hour.But, the tech did the job well, explained everything ahead of time, and made a high quality fix. The front desk was also very nice, and the snacks made up for the delay.

Worst experience in my life with this company. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional with no regard for customer's time!In a span of 2 weeks they either ordered damaged parts or the incorrect windshield for my vehicle three times. I dropped off my vehicle twice and talked to the receptionist to make sure they had the windshield in stock before I dropped off again. I was assured that they had the correct part in stock to only get a call the day of service that the do not in fact have the correct windshield.When trying to explain that I had the spoken to someone regarding the fact that I was assured that the part was in, I was told that "not sure who you talked to" but you were given wrong information.This particular company is extremely unorganized and an absolute disgrace. If I could leave 0 star I would.I would discourage anybody from utilizing this company's services, extremely disappointing!. To end it all I was told that I needed to come in before 5:00 pm ( normal closing time) to pick a my vehicle because they were done for the day at 3 PM. Not surprising that this company does not have any business in the first place!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!
