“2nd & Charles is a bibliophile's paradise! If you're looking to make money from your trade-ins, this might not be your best option. As other reviewers have notes, staff do not individually access items, and the cash value is generally half (or less) what you can get in storre credit. While the trade-in value for cash might not be the best, it's a minor quibble considering the treasure trove of delights the store offers. As a general rule, I'm cool with taking the store credit option because I can always find something I like. If you come on certain days, you can stretch your dollar even further via discounts and BOGO specials. From adorable plushies and action figures to unique calendars and notebooks, there's something for every pop culture enthusiast. The constantly changing inventory, thanks to their buy-back program, makes each visit a delightful surprise. My tip: bring your own reusable bag cart away all your treasures! Otherwise you will need to purchase one (or carry it home in your hands, you've got options here).”

“I am grateful to have Best Buy near me. In an era where a lot of my shopping is done online—and I’m happy to go that route much of the time—a physical store to see the products, talk to the people, and still get great prices is greatly appreciated. I’ve used Best Buy curbside and in store, of course. This was the first time I had something delivered and was very pleased with the care that was given and flexibility when something came up. I received reminders and notifications as the delivery neared. Very pleased with the whole experience.”

“I came in this morning to get a phone for my son. The staff member who helped us was great. He got everything I needed taken care of in a super timely manner and was very friendly. I had my two kids with me and they were happy with the time that it took to help us, they didn’t get impatient or bored. I didn’t go in with anything complicated but what I did need was taken care of. Definitely happy with the quality of service I received and would definitely go to this location for needs in the future.”

“I never have any major problems at this 7-Eleven. The staff is always very personable and nice and the store is usually very clean (except for the occasional slurpee spill that leads to the floors being sticky). Despite seeming a little sketchy at night, I've never seen or heard of any issues at this store.”
“My return was super easy! I went in the middle of the day on a Saturday and there was only one person in front of me. I ended up shopping around the store and they had a large collection of stickers which is what I was looking for and the self check out line as well as the regular lines were very short or nonexistent.”
