“Did a scheduled pickup. They came out at 8pm and said I need to pickup tomorrow. They are short staffed but apologized for inconvenience and would give me $20 gift sad the next morning when I picked up.Came the next morning. Got items. No $20 gift card, but manager sent nice note later.The manager called and apologized and fixed everything to my satisfaction. If you have a problem here, give them a chance to fix it”

“I absolutely love this Target, it's better than the one in Rochester and Dearborn. ( Dearborn is out of half their merchandise and the shelves are messed up!!) I can honestly say that's the worst one I've ever been to!) Auburn Hills is amazing it's very clean inside, they have a Starbucks also. I always find some cute items and good deals in my size so I'm very pleased with that, and they have the cutest clothes in vibrant colors! They keep everything well stocked, and the alcohol section is huge, so come here if you want to find a nice wine for not to expensive. I'm always buying yogurt they always have it in stock and their produce is pretty good & the beauty isle is also huge!!( OMG, in in heaven!!) Ooh yeah, I forgot to mention the Target brands are the best and a lot cheaper. You can't tell a difference between a high end brand and and Target brand( At least as far as I have noticed.) Can't wait to return soon!!!”

“EDIT 6.13.2020This store has drastically improved over the year. It's clean, stocked, and well-organized. The staff members are lovely people who seem happy to provide a great experience for the shopper.Navagated the isles of this store carefully as natural movement is restricted due to the floors being littered with garbage, large piles of clothing, and other retail items inefficiently stored in shopping carts. This irritation warranted some frustration but it wasn't until I stood alone at the checkout counter for a lengthy period of time did the full extent of incompetence come to light. Nutshell: the staff member who eventually arrived to cash me out posted up at a different register and stated, "I'm over here, guys," and proceeded to tend to customers that had been in line BEHIND me. I asked if someone would be coming to help me. He dismissed me so I asserted myself by insisting he take care of me after he finished with the rude person who knowingly cut the line. He offered no apology but casually went about his task. I was left with the impression that he was simply demonstrating his regular behavior on the job.I gave 2 stars only because they had my desired product in stock.”

“Found a single shoe on the ground and brought it up to the checkout line to see if they had the other shoe. The gentleman took the time to go to the back and find the other shoe and brought it up to get checked out. I wear a men's size 14. Finding shoes at any discount store for that size is not easy. I appreciate their help and effort. Not to mention the fellow was nice and friendly (during boxing week).”
