I usually come here on my way to school every morning and I recently noticed that it's under new management. Much cleaner operation now and the management has improved DRASTICALLY. Employees and owner are wonderful people. I think it's a family owned business. Will be back!

You need to get a reservation ahead here to eat in at all. Started back in Farmington Hills and Troy back in 2009. Health score is 23%. Health department shut them down in 2019. Hoping they have improved their food processing and storage issues by now. The woman on the phone at the front desk was telling some guys that we have a reservation for two. No one was moving or acting at all. They looked to be more focused on their carry out order. I asked if we could eat here. She told a guy in the back to seat us. He walked maybe 10 feet towards us and pointed and told us to grab a table. We took one in the back corne I ordered the Gobi Manchurian, dal tadka, chicken curry, dosa and Channa masala. The crispy papadum bread is made from lentil, rice and chickpeas - yeah! The tomato chutney is super sweet, not my favorite, the mint chutney and pickles are decent with the lentil breads. The mint chutney is nice and spicy. They have a bunch of pastries on display. The dosa here is big and long. The coconut chutney is decent. The lentil soup is okay, not my favorite. The dosa could be crispier, rather on the soft side here. The gobi Manchurian tastes good, could be crispier for us, no crunch at all. No napkins anywhere on the table. Can't get anyone's attention to get any either. Guess it's the table cloth then. The chicken curry is fatty and sinewy here, not pleasant to eat at all. The yellow lentil or dal tadka has butter in it, since we haven't had butter in a while, I can't taste it more distinctively. The waiter asked why we don't any bread or rice, we simply said it was our preference was all. He asked us how we were going to eat our food when we ordered. I said with the dosa and a spoon. The bill even reads the gobi manchurian was supposed to be extra crispy. Need a lesson on what extra crispy means.
