I was told that I still had 5k miles left till my next oil change and that it was full and clean. I still got the oil change. But LTM will always be my go to for oil changes I really appreciate the honesty and great service.”

“I drive by this place every day.. Everyone that pulls out of continental pulls out onto harmon regardless of if a car is coming.Never been cut off by anyone pulling out of dupont.. Really i think you didn't deserve a 1 star review. anyone who's worked in automotive industry a long time such as myself knows PRODUCTS COME AND GO..I could see if there were an issue with a product. But to leave a 1 star review because a product is discontinued.. Guy needs to grow up.. Spend a little more time in the field there's not a single thing being used Today that was used when i was a kid.. Im not just going to leaving bad reviews crying about it. I try out other products and use what works best for me. Sometimes you find the new stuff is even better which is usually the case.So there you go..”
“I placed an order with Mike for a set of Infiniti Q50 wheels to be finished in PVD bright chrome coating. After 4 months I did not receive the wheels, but Mike kept in contact with me the whole time and advised me that they were having trouble completing the job. I didnt ask for a refund because I was hoping I would eventually get the wheels. After 4 months I gave up and asked for a full refund, which Mike processed promptly. Even though it didn't work out this time, Im giving them 5 stars for the communication and honesty. I understand that unforseen issues happen, and things dont always go how we want them to. I will definitely give this business another try in the future.”
