Came in this morning to get my phone re registered with Verizon after a frustrating experience with the call center. Not only was Logan able to get my phone reconnected, number saved, and plan and account managed, but he was patient, friendly, and kind throughout the whole process and made sure I left the store with my same number and working phone. 10/10 experience

BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE:I’m finally feed up with Verizon. They are useless and like many other commentators wasteful of peoples time.I have a business account with over 20 lines. I’ve been with them for 4+ years and have grown the account from 2 lines.I go into today, after being in the queue for an hour, attempting to upgrade a iPhone 11 to an iPhone 15.First she tried telling me that my plan doesn’t accept new phones, so I need to upgrade my plan. I told her no way, I just changed my whole plan 2 months ago, at the guidance of their business rep.Then she told me the reason I can’t get the phone is because I don’t have enough open credit on my account to get the new phone. So I asked her to see if they can upgrade our credit. Nope. That’s something I would have to do myself. I’ve never ever had to call and request additional credit limit.I just walked out. This is honestly, the straw that has broken the camels back. I’m so sick of wasting my time in the stores. There is ALWAYS something. I’m just done. We will be switching. And to think I was about to sign up for business internet with them.

Worst Verizon Experience in over 20 years. It is hard to believe when they have such deplorable customer service. The manager was smirking at me, pursing his lips and moving them around. I definitely will use this technique in the future if a customer service person is being rude or not helping me. It is super annoying. I have never ever seen that before. The woman was an idiot. I kept telling her I didn't want to trade in my phone, but she wouldn't listen. I have spent at least $60,000 at Verizon. I always expect to be treated like a queen. Like Queen Melissa how can we do to help you today.

I came in on January 21, 2023 to see if I qualify for free phone. It went from a worker Shalmec using the Verizon wireless iPad to me doing the order on my personal iPhone. During the order she watch me put my personal pin in my phone to unlock and walked to the back of the store behind a employee door and did God knows what to my phone. I never experienced a worker stranger take my personal iPhone which have all my personal information and be gone for like thirty minutes. It was very weird and I will be making a police report. She bought my phone back and I signed a contract for a phone I didn’t even want. I hope no one have to experience this in their life. I’m freaking out because identity theft is real and she had excess to my unlock phone. She watched me put my PIN number in to unlock the phone. I ended up leaving the store with and iPhone mini and she ended up leaving the store to go on break before I received the phone and didn’t even activate the phone. There job is to do sales they don’t care about the customer needs. I never said I wanted an iPhone mini.. And the manger Catilyn gave me the iphone mini. Then I’m sitting there and another older white gentleman began filming me with the iPad. It was very weird and strange. I don’t know what they doing at this store. Please don’t let them take your phone out of your sight. My sister was in the store as a witness. They are all shady and she done this before. Nothing was done. It was very odd and they got a business going they all work together. A couple of weeks after this incident someone had gained control over my citizen bank account. With all my personal information they were able to get into my account and watch my balance and try to steal from me. I was locked out of my account and it was strange. I ended my services with Citizens bank. Shalmac is a crook.

I called because my bill amount changed every month. The first representative I spoke with was clueless and read what was on my bill and could offer no explanation. I asked for a supervisor who proceeded to tell me that when I was having trouble with my gateway and they sent another to help troubleshoot. When I sent mine back he said they had to put me in a plan which was 20.00$ more than plan I was on. WTF Why couldn't they leave me in plan I was already in? I asked why I wasn't receiving my discount for autopay from my checking account, he said because I didn't have paperless billing. I told him that this was the first paper bill I received. He said I must have changed something online, which never happened as I never visited Verizon.I used to think they were the best company for customer service now as soon as they change rate of internet service I am gone.

verizons identity theft protection involves kicking you out of the account manager role so when your sim stops working tough luck. They should keep that same energy when they charge the bill.

I was told by the representative at the store that I would receive a $400 trade-in credit in accordance with the promo that was going on. I only purchased a new phone because of the promo. Instead, I received a $35 credit. That's $365.00 that Verizon promised me and did not give me. I contacted customer service multiple times about this problem. At first, I was told that they had made an error and it would be resolved within a few billing cycles. It wasn't. I also received NO contact in regards to this issue from them. I contacted them again and now they say that I can only get the promo value (from April 2023) if I upgrade to an unlimited plan. The rep never told me this and I have never heard this before now. This is not the first time an in-person rep failed to give me correct information that resulted in my loss of hundreds of dollar. Would not recommend - they are not honest and take advantage of customers.

Demond was GREAT!! I went in to purchase a new iPhone. I told Demond exactly what I wanted. I did not want to trade my old phone. I just want to purchase a new one and add it to my account and transfer my information. He was very friendly and informative and very "in the know"of his products and accessories. I would definitely go back and ask forDemond!! He is definitely a 5 Star employee!!!!
