I was in and out quickly and everyone was friendly and professional. I will definitely consider this rental location again.”
“You can rent trucks for moving over here. It was easy to use. We booked the UHaul online based on the number of hours. And then we went here to pick up the truck. We walked to the counter through the customer entrance gate. They gave us the keys and receipt. We picked up the truck and on a link that we received, we checked in the condition of the vehicle and we were set to go. It took us around 10-15 mins at the counter.”
“Despite the internet being down after a major storm, the gentlemen in this location were figuring out how to make all the customers' reservations go smoothly, with smiles and patience for everyone. From the owner at the desk, to the operations manager who walked me to my truck & gave me a smile and hug, to the young men finding and prepping the vehicles - it was clear to see the customer-focused, respectful teamwork that makes this place special.
