I’d like the manager, apparently named “Eddie” to speak to his staff about treating ALL customers of ALL races equally.
I am visiting from atlanta Georgia and came into this location to inquire about their vapes.
The store was completely empty, besides the associates who were chatting with a customer they have a personal relationship with. They did not want to help me at all. When I asked questions about which gapes are rechargeable and which ones aren’t, I was either ignored or received short snappy responses. They made me feel unwelcome and uneasy.
This is not my first time experiencing this at this location.
Ann Arbor is a small town, and word travels fast. Treating customers poorly based on their race or color is disgusting. I will not be doing business here again.

I was just there, looking to cash a check. I' have I'd -everything,the lady Says they aren't cashing checks!!!! There's a huge Sign On your Business, it reads Check Cash !!! So mmm, she says it's because if others bad checks.. Ok, I don't care,mine is good Remove the signage.

The collection here is absolutely amazing, you’ll find some of the rarer stuff out here. I was able to find the particular Ardberg and bourbon I was looking for. 10/10

I needed a quick delivery of a bottle of champagne to my daughter in Ann Arbor. I am in NJ. I searched the web, and called 5 liquor stores which couldn’t do it for one reason or another (even though their websites said “delivery”). I was then lucky enough to call Sam of Super IV. He was extremely responsive, courteous, accommodating, economical and got the job done painlessly. I wholeheartedly support and endorse Super IV and will use no one else for my liquor needs in Ann Arbor.

Selection is insane! New owners are awesome, very friendly and professional. By far one of the best liquor stores I’ve been too in a while! Lots of international selections. I went to total wine & they did not pass the vibe check like super liquor 4! I highly recommend you check it out!

Downhill since ownership change. Usually only one person there at a time anymore. Looks like they need help. And it looks like they're boosting reviews by getting people they know to leave fake ones. Not impressed. I miss the other people, especially the ladies that used to work there, they were fantastic. Unfortunately I heard they got fired after this new management came in. Won't be going back.
