Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude people in the shop and they only had one mechanic in thr whole shop. My engine had major issues with less than 35,000 Miles. At least it was under warranty. Went 3 weeks before I could get a loaner car. Had to call the general manager and beg for a longer car. My car was in thr shop for over 2 months. Rude managers and staff, and didn't even offer to apologize for selling me a crappy car.

Worst dealer I have ever encountered. Had my 2022 Escalade blow its motor at 35k miles in January. (Known GM issue with the 6.2) They had the vehicle for 2 months. Even though we were told 2-3 weeks originally. Couldn’t ever get updates or anyone to even answer the phone in the service department. Don’t bother leaving VM because they won’t call you back. After finally getting the vehicle back in March, it had to go back in the shop twice over the next month because they messed up the install and the AC didn’t work. Fast forward a couple months to July and the vehicle left us stranded again with blown belt. They have had it two weeks and we can’t even get an update on when it will be done. Even with multiple calls and messages we haven’t heard from anyone at the dealer in two weeks. Just want the vehicle back so I can sell it and get a Lexus or Infiniti. This terrible dealer and the poor build of the vehicle have ruined GM for me.

Drew Laczynski was a joy to work with. He went out of his way to help my daughter with her first car purchase. His knowledge, sense of humor, enthusiasm, approachability and genuineness put both of us at ease we knew we were in good hands. He listened to my daughters wishes and found her the perfect car!

Never bought a vehicle here but honestly never plan too. The service department is not customer oriented. Never received any kind of update on my vehicle, I’ve had to call to get anything and even then nobody picks up the phone. I’ve called 8 times today and wait for 15 minutes then it auto hangs up. All my car needed was a damn tire. This is absurd and disrespectful of my time and I am not happy with the level of service I received for my Cadillac blackwing. If you want updates or your vehicle worked on go somewhere else and save your time and patience.

Worst customer service experience ever at Ann Arbor Suburban Cadillac! After being profiled, we decided to take our money down the road and Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor. My wife and I are so happy with our brand new MB GLS 450 4Matic. This vehicle is so luxurious and quiet. The drive feels like I'm riding on a cloud.

Bought a used red Lexus 200H hybrid in February. Here are a few of the problems that were not disclosed
Front doors just stopped locking the day after I bought it.
Entire front rear was in a collision and was practically taped together. Now my hood won’t close. Was assured the car had been in no accidents, and when I got it looked at my mechanic this week he said, “this has obviously been in one. If the car fax said it hadn’t, the dealer should’ve been able to look at it through inspection and see it was.” I am so sad.
I have an emission leak.
Was told it was brand new tires and breaks, turns out I have to get a whole set of tires and breaks. I don’t drive crazy, and was told this is a very old problem.

To say I am absolutely gutted, as this is my first time ever purchasing from a dealer, is an understatement. I honestly feel taken so advantage of. Just go on Facebook market place. It’s practically the same thing. I’ll be smarter next time.

So pissed!! I bought my 2021 xt6 during Covid. No one showed me how to work it. I had to set it up my myself!!! So I went to YouTube!! So with less than 32,000 miles that’s less than 8,000 miles a year. The screen went out twice, it had a manufacturing hairline crack in the radiator and in May my transmission went out. So with all the mess I felt with here at the time of sale, I took it to Les Stanford Cadillac. The customer services was hands down like night and day!!!
So the time of purchase my husband and I bought all these warranties. Now the car is sold and paid off and we are trying to get our money for the warranties, and guess what Ryan and General manger are giving us the run around. It’s been over 10 weeks and all I keep getting is I’ll check into it and call you back. The general manager never calls back He just passes it on to the best guy to do nothing!!!
Hello GM I just bought 2024 Lyricq from Les Stanford Cadillac on Michigan ave. This my fourth Cadillac. Is this how your dealership treat its customers!! I would surely hate to say it’s a RACE CARD!!!
Ryan called me to 7/20/24 because I left a message in the general manager’s voice mail. Ryan called me at 3:06 pm today. Stating I’m going to call you back in an hour. We are trying to find your money. At the time if this review at 7:50 pm the dealership closes at 6 pm today and of course like always RYAN didn’t call.
AGAIN I ask “Hello GM” is this how you treat your faithful customers. Who whole family drive nothing but GM Cars!!!! I myself only buy Cadillac. I got rid of my Mercedes GLS 450 to get the xt6!!!
I’m sol disappointed in the customer service of this dealership!! Once our business is done I will never return to this dealership again!!
I’m a YouTuber. The disappointed in this dealership!!! The worst part It’s been over 10 weeks and one day Aryana told me they had a Data Breach. We still haven’t been Notified from suburban Cadillac event Arbor about our money NOR THE DATA BREACH!!!! I have already been a victim of fraud because of Marriott hotel and AT&T!!!
