Took my Tesla here. Very good service. They called consistently to confirm my appointment. They were really flexible with drop off time and installation was flawless. Would definitely use them again.

They recently installed a new windshield on our vehicle. They installed it incorrectly and now I can't get them to pick up the phone. I'll never do business with Safelite again!

My biggest regret is having them replace my windshield. The technician while replacing my windshield removed my parking pass causing my car to get towed. When I called the manager to explain, he was were rude and didn't care. I wish I never done business with them.

Booked online, got a coupon code, and paid online. Dropped the car off between 7:00 and 7:30 am, was done before 9:00 am. The cowl was previously damaged on my vehicle so I brought in a replacement and the tech installed it for me. He also removed the dashcam and gps modules from the busted windshield, and replaced the adhesive tape so I was ready to mount them again. Stoked not to have a giant crack going all the way across the windshield and felt valued as a customer after this experience.

Bait and switch tactics, slimy & poor customer service: I love their radio jingle *Safelite repair, Safelite replace*, but AVOID - Head to A2 Auto Glass instead; they're a local mom and pop and the people there were awesome!Bait and switch detail at Safelite: I paid for a new windshield and wipers online and received several confirmation emails, text reminders, etc about my appointment as it was approaching. Everything was set until a few hours before the appointment; I get a call 6pm the night before my appt and Renee from Safelite says, "Just confirming you're good for your appointment tomorrow" and I say yep, see you guys at 9am. Then she says, "And you'll owe $110". I already paid in full so I ask for detail and after several minutes of discussing she finally admits, "yeah so looks like your windshield is a bit more expensive than we thought after looking so you'll need to pay extra". She never once aplogized or admitted that she made a mistake. They had my VIN number, I paid for a windshield and then at the very last minute without admitting guilt, apologizing or anything I have to pay more. I tell Renee from Safelite that no apology and no admission of wrongdoing or empathy for me is frustrating and the other end of the line was silence. The lack of self awareness was stunning.She says, "ok if you don't want to pay the extra $100 i'll cancel you and you can be on your way" with zero care at all. I then had to go with a competitor, which by the way was much better, but it was a pain in the butt to reschedule.I am in the customer service industry, former mechanical engineer and can say this is one of the worst interactions I've had in the auto world. Avoid safelite like the plague! Their employees do not care, they are rude and I get the impression they are baiting and switching on people.Shame on you, Renee from Safelite - and Renee's boss for allowing her to treat customers this way.

Booked through USAA. Arrived at 8AM for scheduled windshield repair and front desk person told me that three staff had called in sick today. We leave our car at 8 AM and then at 8:35 we get a phone call that safelight does not have a windshield for our vehicle. Not sure when they will get it in and they will call us next week? I wasted 2 hours of my time getting to the appointment and then waiting for Safelight to notify me that they did not have the correct windshield in stock. Already paid $100 deductible. Not happy with this business.

Car was supposed to be left outside to pick up since they close at 5pm. Car wasn’t left out for me. So I had to Uber there and home and then Uber back to pick up my car at 8am and messed up my whole morning. Not great.

They replaced my windshield and there was a slight leak which they repaired. However my intermittent wipers do not work and when I call customer service they send you to a line that says no one is available to help you and then hangs up

I went in to get a windshield chip treated and they were very friendly, professional, and fast! I made an appointment online day of and was taken care of practically immediately upon arrival. The technician was named Christopher and he was very enthusiastic and polite. I felt at peace knowing he would be the one helping me out today. The lady at the front desk who greeted me also was very friendly and welcoming. They had me just sign a paper before getting started and I liked how the paper was laminated and they had me sign with a dry erase marker. I appreciate them having a reusable waver compared to needing to print off a new paper each time. Overall I am really satisfied. I was in and out in no time! It was a little pricy, in my opinion, but for the quality and friendliness of service I would say it is worth it. They said I would receive a survey link in my email but I didn't see it so I am just writing a review here.

Awesome on line platform for appointment. I have a 15 year old vehicle and they had it in stock. the technician was great and the service was flawless and fast. The waiting room was clean with water and coffee. An excellent experience.
