Definitely a 5-star experience! They were incredibly helpful, carefully checked the issues with my car, and provided very useful advice. It was a great experience—unlike other stores I've visited before. They are truly honest about the condition of your car, which is such a relief for first-time car owners like me.
This store should be your first choice! Trust me, they will address all your concerns with care. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends who need car services. (ps. Don’t use Google Maps for navigation, it might lead you the wrong way.)

Been in Ann Arbor for 35 years and needed to use Ross-Beakes a few times over the years. Save yourself some time -> no need to shop around. R-Bs experience, quality of work & customer service is top notch. It’s a good team and they know what they’re doing.

The quality of work at Ross-Beakes is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. They fixed our front bumper for a quarter of the quoted cost of every other body shop we visited and ended up taking even more off the price because of a parts mix-up from the supplier that delayed the work being done. I will be back here if I ever need more body work done in the future.

Thank you so much for the honesty and timely action of getting an estimate on damage done to my Altima. Although it wasn’t the greatest news, everyone was very helpful and kind and were able to provide me with a lot of insight on insurance companies in Michigan. As a New Yorker now living in Michigan, it was extremely helpful to now know! If anything happens to my new ride, I’ll be sure to come back, but, knock on wood it won’t! ?

Ross-Beakes does good work. I have used them several times. They are a very busy shop, so there is often a long wit time to get work done there. The quality is excellent.

Then one of the employees came out and helped me with Understanding how I can remove a bad paint job that I did (Sorry I don’t remember your name!).
