I can’t believe that one young girl in the counter gave us that No Purchase No Try On face for all the jerseys hanging up on the wall.
She kept asking “are you going to purchase it?” Another male staff standing by her was awkward and silent. :)
Turned out that they don’t even have the sizes for women to try on, then she kept asking” we have smaller ones online, I can place the order for you right now. Do you want to place the order rn?” Jesus…I can’t breathe

Amazing. I was surrounded by maize and blue. The ladies working here were very helpful in finding all the souvenirs I wanted. I would return and recommend visiting this location. Thank you!

I found what I was looking for. If I didn't need the item that day as a gift I wouldn't have purchased. I had to give my email address because I was told if I didn't I couldn't do a return. So I had to give the person my email in case they wanted to return the gift. I would prefer a gift receipt.

I ordered 4large adult tee shirts “October Ready”.
I received 2 large adult and 2 large youth.
When I tried to return them to the Rally House on Washtenaw Avenue to exchange them, they were sold out. Although I did get a credit to my credit card, I was not happy. And so dissatisfied.

The staff was helpful and nice. Not a great selection for women. Store was quite disorganized and messy.

I was very frustrated trying to find a size Men’s Small. Seems to be a store for fat people! But WILL stepped in and saved the day, locating several options and identifying ones he thought would be appreciated by a 13yo boy. I was ready to leave in frustration before Will offered to help me. My gratitude!

This place was awesome didn’t think I could find that many Michigan gear and memorabilia in one place to shop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go to shop for more Michigan here in the future.
