I have multiple units across metro Detroit and i find this facility one of the better ones. The units have insulation on the ceiling. some have power. The rates are very reasonable , especially for ann arbor. I find the other reviews some what ignorant and have bad expectations when using a storage "shed". rodents and animals are everywhere and its up to you to protect your stuff. No matter what they will try to get in. No storage place is rodent proof. This place and other places have traps but it doesnt get them all. Realize if you want it to be perfect you need to take precautions and double box and wrap valuables to protect them. The team here has always been nice to me and very helpful with my specific needs. Thank you offsite!

Paid for 2 units they put money towards one and sold my other unit that had alot of valuables personal papers and other personal stuff alot of money worth in unit and personal items and stuff that is not replaceable admitted to it being a glitch in there computer system had proof of paying for the units and all what a joke this place is there scam artist

This has been the worst storage unit experience I have ever had. I have had this unit for two months now. I went to my unit a month after I stored my things in and there was mice feces everywhere. I places traps and in one week have trapped 9 mice already. They have destroyed my couch my mattress, blankets, clothes, and everything they could get in. I called the company in order to talk to them they said the manager (Tony) will call me back. The lady was laughing on the phone when I was describing the mice ruined my things.

Wow does this company treat customers poorly. I had household items in "inside storage" yet somehow they suffered water damage. After repeated calls and messages no reply nor acceptance of responsibility. DONT USE.
