Eric And Noodles were thoroughly helpful and really made my experience enjoyable. I casually browsed and shopped on a Saturday night while enjoying music and they made their knowledge available while not making me feel rushed. Very considerate and attentive while making me feel very comfortable and welcome. The GM Shannon offered me chick fil a level care, to the extreme of assisting me with an emergency that was unrelated to my experience of shopping. I could not have asked for a better experience while selecting much needed office supplies. I will be specifically directing anyone who will listen to an office supplies retail store recommendation to the Ann Arbor Washtenaw Office Max.

Black Friday is always great at OfficeMax, I go every year for batteries, virus protection and more! The staff was very helpful answering my questions. The store is very nice to visit. Thank-you ?

Let me start off by saying that I received the best customer service at this OfficMax. The two men that were working on this particular morning were very friendly and helpful to every customer that walked in the door. It's very rare to receive exceptional customer service in this day and age. Joe handled my order and did a phenomenal job. Not only did he do a good job, but he made me feel like a valued customer. If I could give Joe 10 stars, I would!

The store manager here is great. He's very pleasant, engaging and knowledgeable. I panicked when they didn't have my printer cartridge but he showed me how I could print my documents now through an email while I wait for my cartridge to arrive.

Very Good.This is a good place to purchase most, if not all, of your business/clerical/office/school needs.Some customers make the mistake of coming to this particular store for arts and crafts. However, they do carry one or two items for that sort of thing. But it's not recommended.
