My experience at Concentra was pretty uneventful and pretty smooth and timely. The staff are friendly very organized and the person that took me in the back to get my sample was very friendly very kind. I appreciate the people there that have a positive attitude and don't make you wait unnecessarily so I will go back there whenever I need to.

Avoid going here at all costs. Katie McDonald has NO IDEA what she is doing. Stay as far away as you can from her. She gaslit me for a month and refused to listen to me which ended up causing a complete ACL tear. I’m almost positive it was initially only a partial tear but this absolute quack kept insisting I use the joint more which led to significantly more pain and swelling. She finally said to me “are you just not going to feel better until you get an MRI?” When we got the MRI results she didn’t even have the humility to apologize for her awful treatment. Do not let Katie McDonald treat you. She will not listen to you and is awful at her job

The person who took my drug test sample, was listening to music on the EarPods, and I couldn’t understand a thing they were saying to me. It was very unprofessional.

When I went to have it read in Romulus they were very friendly and very attentive. Not the same at the one in Ann Arbor unfortunately

Not an Urgent Care Center!As told directly by two employees in person, despite being called "urgent care", they are not, in fact, an urgent care center.If you need a drug test for work, go here. If you need to file a workman's comp claim, go here. But if your primary doctor tells you to go to urgent care and not the ER, don't go here.Their name is a lie. Google needs to stop suggesting this on maps as an urgent care center.

The staff here were knowledgeable and polite also extremely courteous. The paperwork was timely processed and the staff was friendly. Overall my experience was efficient knowledgeable and convenient. I was in and out within 30/40 and that was from the beginning process to the ending process. They worked together as a complete unit from receptionist to physician assistance.

The people at the desk are very nice and helpful. The old white male doctor that is there is very rude. He grabbed my ear very hard to look in it and made me very uncomfortable.
