Such an odd experience. I had a prepaid package, the lady told me to put it on the shelf, I tried putting it on the wrong shelf, and her tone shifted and got so tense so quickly. I've never had that happen before. It was really uncomfortable.

I brought in a large Texas Longhorn European Mount that needed to be shipped to the state of Washington. Chris did an amazing job wrapping/stuffing/extra boxing…..all to protect it from being damaged in shipping. The European Mount arrived without anything damaged (the outer packaging took a beating, but the extra care Chris took to package the inside and stuff the mount for extra protection, saved the mount from being damaged…..I will definitely use them again?

Very unfriendly and not helpful. They yelled from the back room to put on the shelve. I was dropping off a prepaid package.

I had them pack and ship a handmade item. Upon arrival, the packaging amounted to a loop of cardboard with bubble wrap on top. Nothing prevented side to side or up and down movement of my item. It arrived in pieces. The treatment of my item was careless. I will not use them again.

I was confused about how to return an Amazon order today and the owner was so polite and nice! She walked me through the process and ultimately saved me a trip out to Wyoming. The boutique was also cozy I would highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service everytime I come in. I shipped over 20 boxes today with client gifts, I was helped from start to finish. Packing each box. He was so kind and patient with my daughter and found ways to include her the entire time.

Woman behind the counter clearly hates her job. She was rude to the elderly woman in front of me who was asking an innocent question and argumentative towards me before I even got to the counter or got 3 words out. Not worth dealing with.

I always use them for all my returns. Very helpful and friendly. They have taped my packages for me, where as the post office makes me buy tape and do it myself. The location also makes it very convenient. You need to visit the boutique as it has so many cute items.

I went in this store with no idea how to return my package, and I printed the wrong size label. But the guy behind the counter told me he’d take care of it for me. In and out within 10 seconds, great service.

They are always very helpful and friendly. I go through them for all of my returns and it’s as simple as dropping my package off. The times I have needed help with boxing things up or anything like that they have always made the process super easy and simple.
