They've always been the best; especially Kieth- who's been there forever. All staff are always friendly & courteous. I choose to come to this location for that reason....which is most likely the reason there are line-ups, which they disburse of quickly & efficiently. 2 day shipping became an ongoing delay that has been stuck in one location for 3 weeks. USPS have to be the worst postal service to deal with. I hope they go out of business, never to waste anyone else's time ever again.

I am extremely disappointed with the USPS service today. I was home with my front door open, yet the postal carrier did not knock on the door. Instead, they left a notice in my mailbox claiming they attempted to deliver a package and instructing me to go online to reschedule the delivery. This is simply not true—I was home and have video evidence proving that no attempt was made to deliver my package. If the carrier doesn't want to do their job, there are plenty of people who do. USPS needs to reach out to me so I can show them exactly what happened. This kind of service is unacceptable.

I moved in January and still don't have any of my mail from my old address and things I've ordered like new sim cards and a visa gift card was sent but not received went and complained and was ignored

I went to drop off a package today and the young woman being referenced badly in another review posted here just changed my whole day for the better. She paid me the sweetest compliments and every time I’ve seen her she has always been very upbeat and friendly and has a contagious positive vibe, so I just wanted to thank her for being her and I hope that she is able to continue to spread her joy despite any negativity. I actually just came here to post a positive review and happened upon the negative one about her so I am glad to be able to share my experience as well. Peace

Today when I came in to mail a package I was 'helped' by a younger woman of color, thinner with dreadlocks. She usually has a bad attitude with customers, today was no different. In general it's best to avoid the employees at the counter because they're always in a bad mood.

Package not accepted after just sitting at this post office. Every other post office in America seems to do it in no time but not this one.

The trick to managing this location is to not pick up the phone ever and not have voicemail so all the calls ring and ring then get disconnected. Too bad there is no accountability at the USPS.

I have gotten other peoples mail from blocks away, Other people have came to my door with MY mail, i have had lost orders and packages, I've had them walk across my lawn. It shure isn't like it used to be, I use the post office daily, on purpose to keep the USPS WORKING while so many others use the computer or auto.atic their bills. I for one have used the post offi e to handle my bussiness but maybe no more!!Its a shame too!!

Taken me 2 weeks and about 20 phone calls later, still don't have the certified letter! This is the WORST run business for paying customers to get what they're intended to get! They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, EVER! IT RINGS TILL YOU GET A BUSY SIGNAL! GLAD THEY'RE WORKING SO HARD THEY CAN'T HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! USELESS, USELESS, NO SURPRISE, HUH?! DON'T WINNER WHY WE DO THINGS ONLINE!!!

Went to Allen Park post office and the postmaster. I assume he was, was very kind and very helpful but the next time I went there because I wasn’t getting my mail sent back to my home. It was awful another “gentleman “was an angry miserable person. I smiled and said “hi”and he gave me the most evil look so I said hello again thinking maybe I was mistaken and he said “what do you want with” a super angry look. I have never met such an unhappy person. Went to the window later and talked to ladies and they were quite kind. Get rid of that guy.
