Albion never answers their phone. I have to call and call and call back to back to get an answer and even then it's the same rude jerk that won't answer questions. Marshall picks up on the first ring! What is wrong with you over there Albion? Get it together. Marshall shouldn't have to pick up your slack.

I love this post office! People are often very friendly and quick! They help me get my package out in a timely manner. A lot better than other post offices that often have long lines!

I'll get mail delivered and postage was weighed and paid by an actual postal service from where it was sent out, yet for some reason upon delivery to me Albion postal service seems to always charge me more to get it. That's not my damn problem. It went out from another usps station completely weighed and following whatever guidelines are in place. I'm really damn tired of getting charged to get my mail.

We ordered something from Amazon and when we called to see if there they acted very rude. I asked if they had it they said where did you order it from and said they can't see anything. Didn't even look cause they answered right away without even putting me on hold it was do you have my package and they said no within 3 seconds.

This is a great post office. Almost every post office I have been to has tremendous lines, however the staff here seems to really care about getting everyone in and out not only fast but also satisfied. They are very kind! They always speak to me and remember who I am! It is a joy going to this post office. Darold and Theresa are especially wonderful.

Disabled Vietnam veteran with COPD and emphysema struggling to clear walk, shovel broke today and carrier was snotty and turned her back and walked away without handing me the mail. After seven years here this is the first time a carrier refused delivery. I've never been so disgusted in a federal worker, she does not deserve to represent the US postal service.

Our mail carrier and local reps are great and friendly. However whichever office is responsible for delivering larger packages in the county is lazy. We've received three attempted delivery notifications in 2017 with no attempts made or made to wrong address verified by security systems. The local reps fixed the issued and delivered right away. Other than that we have all good things to say. Keep up the good work.

Tracking will say they have your package, they will tell you it's not there. They will eventually find it and send it back to the other side of the state... THEN you may get your package. I've paid companies for 2 day shipping just for this place to hold my package for twice that long all while telling you they dont have it.
