If we weren’t forced to use USPS I would opt out of using them without hesitation. I have near constant issues with them ranging from delivery drivers not knocking, blatantly not delivering my packages but marking them delivered or leaving an attempted delivery note then I walked into the post office not even half an hour after they left the note and literally saw my package sitting in the back room. How’d they attempt to deliver a package they didn’t even bother to have on the truck? Today I was expecting a package, my tracking said it was delivered to my mailbox yet it’s nowhere to be found. My mailbox is locked and I have the only key, it’s not like someone could have just swiped it before I got to it. There is absolutely no way USPS delivered it to my mailbox, otherwise it would be IN MY MAILBOX. They will not accept my support ticket on the website and after getting the run around with their automated phone system I was told (by the machine) that my help request could not be processed and there were allegedly no actual people available to talk to me on the phone, which I straight up do not believe. I am unable to drive and cannot make it to the post office, so essentially I’m just screwed and don’t get my package because they didn’t deliver it and are claiming they did and they REFUSE to let me submit a support ticket either via email or over the phone. DO BETTER.

The package was not delivered, instead, I got a note from the post office that they had missed me. I was at home at the same time and saw the USPS automobile stopping at my post box. Tried to call them and their automatic phone system is a nightmare. It is an evil circle. The system can not find the tracking number from their note and won't let me talk to a representative. Because of health issues, I can't go to the post office. I don't know what to do or how to get in touch with someone from USPS to get my package re-delivered.
I'm beyond frustrated! ?

I don't understand why everything is automated now. I can't speak to anyone because apparently my tracking number is wrong. I got some random old key you can barely see the numbers on and went to the post office office after hours and none of the lockers even match up with the ones on this key. I've gotten packages delivered to a postal locker in other towns and they always leave a slip that says it's at the post office with a key attaches to a tag with the locker number but all I got was an antique looking key this time. I work every day until 5 so unless I take time off work I can't ever speak to anyone in person. It's ridiculous. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Ladies decide who they like and want to serve. As a visitor in town, they gave me side eye and attitude.

I've never had a bad experience at the post office itself but I do wish my mail carrier would stop throwing my parcels. I have him doing so on video, repeatedly. At least I know who to blame when something is broken.

I would give zero stars if I could. My coworker had a bad experience with the people at the Adrian post office. My company does bulk mailing for our customer bills and the lady who regularly does the bulk mailing went home early for the day. One employee that my coworker had to deal with was very rude and said that no one knows how to do the bulk mailing. then her supervisor came out and asked what was going on and he said he didn't know how to do the bulk mailing either. Then another employee comes out, who turns out to be his manager, and she says "lets call so and so at Blissfield and have them walk us through how to do the bulk mailing." That was all that the other employees had to do was say they didn't know how to do it, but they would call another post office to see if someone could walk them through it. And there was no reason for the female employee to be rude to my coworker at all. It sounds to me like the employees at the Adrian Post office need some customer service training.

Rude and miserable people. Not welcoming at all. I’ll go to postal plus from now on
