School administration and transportation supervisor doesn't care about how the students are disrespectful Towards the Bus Drivers, and are rude, disruptive and causing disruptive attitudes.. And nothing gets done.... I wish the parents could see the way some of their children act on the Bus. I myself complained to the transportation supervisor about all this.... her pissey attitude was this as long as the bus wasn't in an accident, or there were no injuries to the students.... they can do whatever they want.....So I resigned myself from being a bus driver for addison. I refuse to drive for a school district that won't step in or a transportation supervisor who absolutely doesn't care about what goes on during pickup time and dropping off students and their designated stops....

i would absolutely love to give it half a star because some of the staff are truly the best, there was 1 teacher, my english teacher was the best part of my time there. he was genuinely kind to me all year and never let anyone be bullied. Mr. Luppo was one of the only good parts of being a student at this school. I truly wish he could move as i am and go to a better school that will treat him with respect as well as his students. I am in 7th grade and never once have i ever felt this discouraged to show up to school everyday. When I was being harassed everyday by a girl i was friends with I got in trouble. The only time they care about students is if they’re doing sports and are bringing something to the school. The whole time i was there i had one real friend. The lunch staff are the most kind people i’ve ever met. They are completely disrespected everyday by the students and the school does nothing as always. I wish I had a better experience, I really do.

I really wish I could rate this school zero stars. Addison is the PERFECT school to send your child to if you want them to be relentlessly bullied, psychically assaulted and spending their days, isolated and inconsolable. The school claims they have a zero tolerance policy for bullying, which is TOTALLY TRUE ?, if your child is good at sports. But if they are not they will be pushed around and made to feel like garbage. The icing on the cake is that even after you bring it to the principals attention, she will literally do nothing about it. HOW FUN!!

I went to Addison Community Schools and it was horrible. I went to Addison for 4 1/2 years then covid hit and i was homeschooled and came back to Addison this year. I have never been bullied this bad ever, I was depressed. Addison talks about how good they are at anti bullying, if you’re so good at anti bullying why was I in the office everyday about bullying. I had kids throwing stuff at me, spreading horrible rumors about me,and i got shoved multiple times by girls and I got fed up and I had my mom pull me out of Addison Community Schools due to bullying.

3 of my 4 children have attended Addison Elementary, My last child will also (school of choice). We have had nothing but positive engagements with staff and my children's experiences have been memorable. My teenagers still adore their teachers to this day.
